Vous assisterez dans la préparation de la paie mensuelle, en veillant à la collecte fiable des données et en contribuant à la fiabilité globale des opérations de paie
Vous corrigerez et mettrez à jour les données de gestion des temps et activités (GTA), notamment le suivi des pointages des salariés, la gestion des validations d’absences par les managers et la vérification de l’exactitude des informations
Vous participerez à la gestion des arrêts maladie en saisissant les absences médicales, en suivant les remboursements de la Sécurité Sociale (IJSS) et en enregistrant les documents associés (bordereaux, etc.)
Vous saisirez les entrées du personnel dans le système de paie, avec une attention particulière pour l’intégration des stagiaires et alternants lors des campagnes de recrutement
Vous préparerez les documents de fin de contrat (soldes de tout compte), en accompagnant l’équipe pour fournir des dossiers de départ complets et dans les délais aux collaborateurs sortants.

Creating VIE offers : for the EAMEI region , coordination with the Talent Acquisition team and publishing the job offers
HR contact : Act as a point of contact for VIEs and Business France representatives
Employer Branding : Being part of the Employer Branding and Fresh Graduates team , you’ll participate and contribute to Business France Forums (physical and digital) related to Fresh Graduates event
Operational/Administrative Tasks : Act as HR contact of VIE hired at Liquide for the following topics : offer presentation, manage VIE allowance , professional reimbursement, ad-hocs,.etc)
Act as a main point for the VIE community globally at Air Liquide.

You will support the development of a cloud-based volume planning application using a state-of-the-art tech stack
Furthermore, you drive the execution of official testing phases for feature rollouts, including smoke testing, regression testing, end-to-end testing, and validation
In addition, you help analyze and optimize existing manual and automated testing processes to improve test coverage, efficiency, and alignment with BMW quality standards
Moreover, you support coordinating regular testing activities within deployment cycles and contribute to smooth and stable software releases
You will also research AI tools and methods for test automation and defect detection, providing recommendations for integrating AI into the testing workflow
In addition, you will assist with IT project management tasks related to our application
Additionally, you work on your own projects with a sense of responsibility and precision, receiving regular feedback from your mentor.
