• To prepare a demand forecast for the Iberia business unit, based on data analysis, consolidation and agreement with commercial, trade & marketing teams Monitor and review monthly sales.
  • Partnering with the Supply Planning team to identify and resolve changes in the forecast and their impact on the supply chain.
  • Coordinating cross-functional teams locally (Retail, R&D, planning, supply chain, logistics, and finance)
  • Preparing volume analysis
  • Act as support to the Demand Planning team on an ad hoc basis and assist.

 

Programme Coordination:

  • Assist with the administration of the Internship and Visiting Professionals (IVP) programme, to ensure its effectiveness and well-function;
  • To a limited extent, assist the Associate HR Officer with the administration of the Junior Professional Officer (JPO) Programme by reviewing and drafting documents concerned, taking minutes during meetings with States Parties, and  liaising with internal and external counterparts;
  • Assist in maintaining a regular contact and follow up with the JPOs and interns/VPs in order to ensure their satisfaction in the participation in the programmes;
  • Support development initiatives for the JPO and IVP programmes;

Donor Relations and Outreach:

  • Support the outreach and employer branding activities for the IVP and JPO programmes, participating in career events and promoting the ICC career opportunities;
  • Support the establishment and management of strategic partnerships with governments, civil society, academic institutions, professional associations and networks, private sector organizations and service providers;
  • Assist the facilitation of fund-raising discussions with internal and external stakeholders interested in and willing to fund the Trust Fund for the Development of Interns and Visiting Professionals from developing countries;

Internal Communications

  • Contribute to the implementation of communications designed to support key projects and initiatives, including drafting, editing, proofreading, and layout of content, in partnership with the HR team;
  • Support in the preparation and development of guidelines, documents, trainings, workshops, webinars, learning materials, case studies, best practices and guides to build organizational internal communication, employer branding and talent outreach capacity;
  • Assist with, providing regular updates to ensure that organizational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to IVPs and JPOs.
  • Conduct research and analysis on national contexts, including compiling key climate-related policies and mapping stakeholders and initiatives relevant to decarbonization and adaptation in the fashion industry. This will contribute to the development of country profiles, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Support quantitative and qualitative analysis of disclosure data from companies and organizations, including greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, target tracking, and implementation of climate measures.
  • Provide substantive support through research and stakeholder mapping for reports, publications, and the development and delivery of capacity-building activities on key topics such as decarbonization, climate finance, just transition and equity, adaptation, and transparency.
  • Support the onboarding of new signatories to the initiative by carrying out administrative and communication tasks related to the due diligence process and correspondence.
  • Assist in the development and design of communication materials, including newsletters, infographics, and briefing notes.
  • Support additional tasks as needed, such as preparing meeting minutes and drafting summary notes.

In addition, upon completion of the internship, the intern will have been able to contribute to initiatives including Fashion Industry for Climate Action, which facilitates collaboration within the global fashion sector to take action to address climate change and to bring the fashion sector in alignment with the objectives of the Paris Agreement’s 1.5-degree target and Sports for Climate Action, which brings together the global sports community to combat climate change, through commitments and partnerships according to verified standards, including measuring, reducing, and reporting greenhouse gas emissions.

 

You will work on complex, top-notch R&D innovation projects related to polyethylene, polyolefin elastomers functional ethylene copolymers, recycled materials and/or compounded products, with guidance from experienced supervisors and support from our organization. Your responsibilities will include performing a thorough literature review, setting the hypothesis and building the design of experiment, taking care of generating significant results, interpreting them and driving useful conclusions. 

 

Position one: The Materials department drives the approval process of new sustainable materials, colours, and inks, and we are responsible for trouble shooting and development of our existing materials in the production as well as developing new sustainable materials for the LEGO® Group. As part of this team, you will perform mechanical and analytical tests and work closely with material experts to evaluate the data you produce. You will also gain a substantial knowledge on our Ink & Colour testing platform which is used to evaluate everything from the recognizable bright red LEGO® brick to the expressions on our minifigures and much more.

Position two: Quality in Development (QiD) focus on ensuring great play experience in LEGO® products by using mechanical tests to translate it to data. We imitate the wear and tear of time and children’s hands, but over a short time span, which involves both simple and more complicated laboratory-based tests. We are also part of the exciting path for sustainable LEGO bricks as we test new materials.
