Fournir les analyses des facteurs de risques (grecques, stress-tests, VaR, etc.) liées aux activités de trading aux différents partenaires (Traders, Risk Managers, CFO)
Analyser et certifier les résultats quotidiens des desks de trading (P&L)
Participer à la mise en place de nouvelles méthodologies d’analyse de risque et étudier les impacts des nouvelles réglementations (FRTB, Volcker etc.)
Développer des outils d'automatisation, d’optimisation et d’analyse des différents indicateurs (développements limités, projections…) sous VBA/Python
Accompagner les évolutions métiers, que ce soit sur un aspect pricing (modèles, briques de calculs), monitoring (risques croisés, nouveaux risques etc.) ou réglementaire.

Analyzing and presenting the sales reports during weekly meetings
Use different analyzing methods in different data files of O’Neill: sales based on gender groups, product groups or color groups
Analyze the financial results of the stores, E-Shop and consignments
Make turnover plans per product group or specific target group for the upcoming seasons
Create new formats for opening new stores or pop-up stores
Estimate and manage the stock actively
Preparing allocation of the products to the stores
Make and analyze the forecast for the upcoming seasons
Analyze O’Neill online exposure on different partners web shop
Suggest and execute store-to-store transfers based on stock analyses on store level
Working on a personal project within the company in order to improve its performances
Highly in contact with the O’Neill stores with possibility to visit them during the internship period.

Support follow-up to the Multi-Stakeholder Pledge on Secure Housing, Land and Property (HLP) Rights to advance Reintegration & Inclusion, including monitoring progress and drafting reports;
Contribute to data mapping and gap analysis related to UNHCR’s reintegration efforts and their alignment with national systems and development investments.
Assist in identifying and documenting promising practices, lessons learned, and innovative models of sustainable reintegration across countries and regions;
Support the continuous development of the Reintegration knowledge platform, including the online repository and community of practice;
Help coordinate webinars and knowledge exchanges on sustainable responses with focus on the countries of origin and reintegration of refugees;
Assist in updating country factsheets/profiles on reintegration programming and outcomes;
Support preparations for internal and external consultations, including agenda setting and follow-up on action points;
Support in drafting reporting and external communication products, including talking points, briefing notes, and newsletters;
Assist with research and drafting inputs to events, publications, and presentations;
Perform other related tasks as needed.

Assist the R&D team in developing, optimizing, and validating detection methods for analyzing biological samples.
Assistance in troubleshooting, investigations and general lab maintenance duties.
