• Support PMO routines: plan tracking, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), status reporting, Steering packs aligned with Temenos and NTT DATA Implementation Methodologies 
  • Maintain project documentation, action/decision logs; help track scope, timeline, budget/burn and resourcing.
  • Contribute to workstream coordination across functional/technical/testing/data teams; support workshops (notes, synthesis).
  • Build and maintain dashboards (Excel/PowerPoint; exposure to Power BI welcomed) and ensure data/CRM hygiene (e.g., lists, contacts, attributes). 
  • You will contribute to the development of tools related to the feedback and resolution processes.
  • You will participate in activities related to application supervision and maintenance.
  • You will explore and research further extensions or identify gaps in existing processes.
  • You will solve engineering problems using existing solutions.
  • You will identify risks and performance issues in existing applications and support efforts to eliminate them.
  • You will contribute to creating documentation for existing solutions.

 

The duties of interns may include, but are not limited to, conducting open and closed source research on factual situations under FIT’s investigations and preparing analyses on issues relating to international and national criminal law, international human rights law and/or public international law; conducting research on factual and policy issues; contributing to the preparation of analytical products, briefing papers, reports and/or public information materials; assisting in the compilation and review of information, documentation and evidence; proof-reading; editing documents; and drafting meeting records. Interns may be engaging with and be exposed to materials with violent imagery and distressing subject matters.

  • Develop, prototype, and test solutions for model-based development toolchains.  
  • Design and optimize automation workflows and DevOps pipelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance and streamline development processes.
  • Deploy control models to embedded control systems using PLUS+1 ecosystem.
  • Create technical documentation and presentation materials.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools and methodologies used in engineering development.

  • Support Process Development: Collaborate with the R&D and operations teams to develop and refine reagent production processes.
  • Conduct Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of data from various development lots to monitor and ensure product quality.
  • Develop Automation Scripts: Create and implement scripts to automate data analysis tasks, enhancing process efficiency.
  • Perform Experiments: Use lab scale or production scale equipment e.g. tanks, packaging equipment, and in-line sensors to support the refinement of production and quality control processes.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of process development activities, data analysis results, and automation scripts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth design transfer and address any technical challenges.
