En tant que Stagiaire Acheteur Junior dans le domaine Industriel, vous travaillerez sur la mise à jour des bases de données achats, l’analyse des besoins industriels, et la réalisation de projets de productivité et de rationalisation pour soutenir la performance globale des achats industriels. Vous aurez l’opportunité de contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus achats et d’avoir un impact positif sur la qualité des relations fournisseurs et la compétitivité des sites industriels.
Vous serez responsable de :

• Mettre à jour les bases de données achats
• Développer une page intranet dédiée aux contrats industriels pour améliorer la communication avec les sites
• Analyser les besoins industriels provenant des usines (contrats à mettre à jour, à renouveler, nouveaux besoins)
• Examiner les potentialités du marché (nouveaux entrants, fournisseurs existants)
• Réaliser des projets de productivité et de rationalisation et accompagner leur déploiement dans les sites de production
• Effectuer des appels d’offres, consultations et négociations dans le respect de la méthodologie SPP – Solvay Procurement Process
• Contribuer à la performance de l’activité Achats (gains achats, qualité, suivi des indicateurs fournisseurs, évaluation fournisseurs).

• Help in the development and improvement of management reports and data structures in MS Power BI.
• Build simple to moderate reports using generally available tools (Excel, PowerBI reports, CRM) responding to reporting needs described by managers.
• Perform independently, and in a timely manner, necessary updates related to daily and weekly tasks.

• Maintain, update and further develop large and complex data infrastructures used to identify systemic risk, analyse macroprudential policy and monitor developments in the financial sector and the real economy;
• develop tools for data processing and analysis, along with visualisations, to ensure users can efficiently access and interpret complex datasets;
• participate actively in the general work of the Division, for example by (i) contributing to analyses for inclusion in regular internal reports and external publications, such as the ECB’s Macroprudential Bulletin and Financial Stability Review, (ii) contributing – through data collection, research assistance and programming – to analytical projects focused on issues of current interest to the Directorate General, and (iii) helping the Division’s management and staff to prepare presentations and notes.

The Section is looking for several interns for its different teams (focusing inter alia on the delivery of technical cooperation, normative and policy work, knowledge development and innovation, and partnerships). 
The interns will provide substantive, organizational and logistic support to the daily work of the Human Trafficking and Migrant Smuggling Section. Particularly, the interns will be focusing on some of the below set of tasks, depending on which sub-team they will be part of:

• Perform background research and analysis on country situation, trends, legal frameworks and concepts relating to human trafficking and migrant smuggling; • Assist in technical support to the planning, implementation and monitoring of regional and national technical assistance projects and activities; • Support in the preparation of training material for technical assistance activities such as capacity-building workshops; • Assist in collecting and analyzing case-law, as well as managing information on relevant UNODC online platforms; • Assist in identifying areas for knowledge development and perform research on emerging and cross-cutting issues; • Assist in the preparation and holding of intergovernmental meetings, other events such as the Working Groups on Trafficking in Persons and the Smuggling of Migrants, as well as thematic expert group meetings, briefings and discussions; • Contribute to the drafting of official UNODC submissions or related guidance notes; • Assist in strengthening the involvement of UNODC in inter-agency fora; • Assist in liaising with offices within the United Nations, other external organizations and Member States; • Assist in preparing briefing notes, statements, presentations and communication materials; • Compile weekly press clippings on smuggling of migrants and trafficking in persons; • Carry out other tasks related to the implementation of the UNODC Global Action against Trafficking in Persons and the Smuggling of Migrants, as requested.
