Under the overall direction and supervision of the Senior Inter-Agency Advisor on Human Resources Management and the relevant IT / Data experts in the CEB Secretariat, the Intern will support the work of the Human Resource Network and/or general data analytics-related work.  The focus of this job is to support the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of data-driven products. 

• Design and implement machine learning algorithms across a range of platforms, from lightweight embedded devices to scalable transformer-based architectures
• Analyze and extract insights from large-scale data lakes, applying statistical and ML techniques to real-world datasets
• Develop and deploy models using Python and standard libraries such as scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Leverage cloud technologies for data processing, model training, and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate innovative solutions that support our digital product roadmap.

In your finance internship, you will join one of our multifunctional teams and work with colleagues from Sales, Marketing and Analytics. You will be part of our business development and decision-making process and will be exposed to current issues such as fast-growing channels (discounters, e-commerce), competition and customer reality.

From Day 1, you will be given an independent project for which you will be responsible for its success. The areas you might work on are diverse: For example: analyzing key competitors, working on new product launches, improving cost competitiveness for our manufacturing activities etc.

This job is available in 3 locations: Schwalbach Am Taunus, Germany/ Schlieren, Zurich, Switzerland/ Vienna, Austria

• Accompagner l'équipe des Services Généraux dans une rénovation majeure d'une partie du bâtiment afin d’améliorer le confort des salariés et diminuer les consommations énergétiques du site (CVC, toiture, menuiseries extérieures, etc.)
• Aider à la sélection et à la mise en place d'une GMAO afin d’améliorer le suivi de la maintenance préventive
• Apporter un soutien quotidien aux Services Généraux (pilotage de la maintenance corrective).

• You plan and optimize long-distance bus routes (scheduling as well as rotation- and driver-planning)
• You support network planning activities in order to open sales and adapt our offer to transportation demand
• You are the interface to our local teams and assure a smooth communication
• You support the analysis of our network with various datasets and reports in order to continuously improve our service
• You prepare important documentation for the authorization of new bus lines
• You process work results and assure an accurate documentation.
