• You´ll develop your internship in the sales departments working in close contact with the rest of the areas and gaining a global vision of how the company works, by providing support to the daily needs.
• You will be able to learn the ins and outs of the world of sales, how a commercial relationship is carried out, the importance of the point of sale, how to prepare a commercial proposal and how to manage our internal tools and databases.

• You support an agile development team using state-of-the-art methodologies.
• Sketch concepts and ideas for frontend/backend and SQL database development.

Data Landscape Assessment & Gap Analysis

• Together with relevant teams, from an air cargo business perspective analyze current air cargo data sources (e.g., tonnage, rates, capacity, routes) and identify missing or incomplete data points.
• Proactively detect data gaps that hinder understanding of market dynamics or regulatory impacts.

Data Campaign Structuring

• Design and propose data acquisition campaigns to fill identified gaps, including sourcing strategies, validation methods, and timelines.
• Evaluate potential external data providers or partnerships to enrich IATA’s data ecosystem.

Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., business development, operations, finance, data engineering) to understand their data needs.
• Translate business questions into specific data requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Present findings and proposals to stakeholders, articulating the value of new data.

Insight Generation & Visualization

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data using modern analytics tools.
• Build models, dashboards, wireframes or mock-ups to visualize trends and explain the impact of key market factors (e.g., regulatory changes, trade disruptions).
• Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations with data-driven recommendations.

Continuous Learning & Contribution

• Stay informed on trends in air cargo, data strategy, and global trade.
• Actively contribute to team discussions and ongoing digital cargo initiatives.

• Planning and implementation of the eCom photo shoots in collaboration with the InHouse Studio
• Close collaboration with various interfaces, such as the E-Commerce Shop Management, the Global Advertising/Fashion Shows Team and the InHouse Studio Team, gives you the opportunity to get to know the diversity of the HUGO BOSS world
• Independent responsibility for content provision for the licensed goods in coordination with relevant interfaces
• Participation in logistical processes such as preparing the manual delivery of goods, creating forecasts and executing orders
• Support in content creation and provision for the eCom area
• Creation of various analyzes and reports to provide shooting-relevant data.

Qualité:

• Aider à la mise en place des consignes d'urgence pour les sédentaires, et les itinérants
• Aider à la mise en place de la procédure de gestion des EPI
• Aider à la réalisation des rapports mensuels de remontée des situations dangereuses
• Participer ou mettre en place l'audit terrain des itinérants.

Environnement:

• Aider à la mise à jour de l'analyse environnementale, de la revue énergétique
• Aider à la mise en place de la gestion des déchets électroniques et des petits déchets de produits chimiques (aérosols).
