Créer et diffuser des contenus à forte valeur éditoriale

• Contribuer à la création de visuels, de présentations et de contenus digitaux pour mettre en lumière les projets du pôle
• Participer à la rédaction d'articles pour le magazine interne et les supports éditoriaux du pôle
• Collaborer avec les différentes directions d'HDTI pour proposer des formats adaptés et faciliter la compréhension de leurs projets.

Animer et enrichir les espaces de communication interne

• Assurer la mise à jour des contenus du site interne du pôle (SharePoint) pour garantir la fiabilité et la pertinence des informations
• Veiller à la cohérence graphique et éditoriale de l'ensemble des supports produits
• Contribuer à la valorisation des actions du pôle en alimentant les canaux de communication interne.

Participer à l'organisation et à la vie des événements internes

• Apporter son soutien à l'organisation des séminaires, tournages et événements collaborateurs du pôle
• Contribuer à la production des supports événementiels : programmes, visuels, signalétique et supports de présentation
• Assurer un appui opérationnel lors des événements et participer à la production des contenus de restitution.

• Suivi des performances :
  • Analyses chiffrées et bilans post opération.
  • Coordination entre les différentes équipes internes : designers, chefs de projets, développeurs, data analysts…

• Support the development, optimization and validation of new analytical methods for nanoparticle characterization (e.g. size, morphology, surface properties, aggregation).
• Perform laboratory experiments under supervision, including sample preparation, instrument operation, and data acquisition.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data using appropriate software tools; summarize findings in clear data tables and figures.
• Contribute to method documentation (SOP drafts, method development reports, experimental logs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues in DPD to understand project needs and align analytical work with development objectives.
• Present results in team meetings and contribute to scientific discussions on method performance and next steps.
• Adhere to laboratory safety, data integrity and quality standards at all times.
