• In addition, you will assist in the preparation, execution, and follow-up of international events – both virtually and on-site.
• You will learn how game theory is applied in purchasing auctions and tenders and help us further develop these methods within the company

The intern will support the EFI team by conducting research and writing content. They will also contribute to providing research and drafting support for project concept documents and reports. The intern will work under the direct supervision of EFI’s Programme Officer and will have the following responsibilities:

Research / Writing: • Conduct research and reviews of industry reports on various ethical fashion subjects to support project developments. • Provide support in writing project concept documents and reports, assisting in structuring and drafting key materials including presentations. • Participate in team meetings to discuss and present research findings.

Project Support: • Support in general project reporting related activities and review of project reports. • Assist with any other tasks related to the EFI’s projects, when necessary. • Testing & Quality Assurance: You will support the creation and execution of manual and automated test cases based on specifications and user stories. Additionally, you will help prepare Gherkin-based Feature Files and maintain regression suites. Part of your tasks will be the documentation of test results, tracking of defects, and assisting with retesting
• Test Automation: You will develop automation scripts using PyTest, Robot Framework, and Playwright and support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub / Jenkins). Furthermore, you will work with Python-based validation tools for data and reporting checks
• AI & Data Innovation: You will contribute to prototypes using Generative AI / Agentic AI for test case generation, requirement summarization, and automated documentation. You will assist in data validation and analytics tasks using SQL, Databricks, PySpark, or notebooks. You will support ML-based or rule-based approaches for anomaly detection and data quality checks
