• Analyser mensuellement les reportings des Business Units
  • Suivre, consolider et analyser la performance mensuelle des Business Units via la comptabilité analytique
  • Participer à l’analyse des performances des entités opérationnelles vis-à-vis de leurs objectifs
  • Participer à l’élaboration du processus budgétaire :
    • Participer à la réflexion et suivre de la mise en place des demandes stratégiques du management
    • Développer / déployer des outils de construction budgétaire pour accompagner les dirigeants
  • Être force de proposition : identifier des améliorations au sein des process et des outils du service
  • Valider les principaux investissements des laboratoires en lien avec le budget
  • Assister à l’élaboration des demandes de fonds auprès du groupe
  • Être en support quotidien des opérationnels, pour répondre à leurs demandes diverses.
  • Provide logistical, coordination, and administrative support for DEI and activities in OCG.
  • Maintain schedules, attendance lists, and post‑workshop evaluation records for all DEI trainings.
  • Contribute to the dissemination of DEI toolkits, templates, guidance documents, and communication packs for the DEI Focal Points Network.
  • Maintain and update DEI Focal Point mailing lists, groups, and resource folders.
  • Support the DEI team in the preparations for DEI Focal Points Capacity‑Building Events.
  • Draft internal messages, articles, stories, and visual content for DEI initiatives
  • Create simple graphics, posters, and campaign materials (training provided as needed).
  • Support bilingual (EN/FR) content development for Viva Engage, HR newsletters, Kompas, and other internal platforms.
  • Maintain DEI project trackers, calendars, and documentation folders for DEI activities.
  • Organize online meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and documenting follow‑up actions.
  • Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, Logistics, and Operations team interns to support DEI project coordination.
  • Research and preparation of background reports.
  • Drafting memoranda, reports, letters, briefing notes and other correspondence.
  • Other tasks as may be required by counsel.
  • Preparation and review of financial statements
  • Data analyzing and financial reporting
  • Review of the VAT and/or Intrastat returns
  • Implement automation solutions into current processes
  • Preparing Balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Connect with other Dow departments like Logistics, Procure to Pay, Customs and HR
  • Explore tools like SAP, Office (co-pilot), SharePoint, Power Automate.

 

The Project Management Intern will collaborate closely with the Project Management Team in coordinating projects, ensuring that
they are completed efficiently, in line with internal processes and partner expectations. They will support with coordinating collaboration among different stakeholders on specific
projects, ensuring engagement, appropriate levels of expected output quality, and turnaround. They will also assist with internal processes necessary for the effective planning, coordination, and compliance of activities.

This internship is touching on all aspects of CLEAR Global’s work, involving regular engagement with team members around the world. The Project Management Intern will assist in managing projects ranging from language services, through research, to language technology. We are looking for a dynamic and autonomous team player able to think on their feet, who is interested in systems and processes and who proposes solutions to the challenges that arise in a fast-moving environment.
