We are looking for candidates who have a strong interest in Information Technology in HR, continuous improvement mindset and who are comfortable working with different applications such as Office 365, Visio, Power BI, Canva, etc.
This opportunity provides a learning experience in a multi-disciplinary team and the impact the technology has in human resources management that affect workforce planning activities and implementation of the organizational strategy as a whole. Tasks include:
- Contribute to the maintenance of workforce planning and analytics dashboards and reporting tools, including updates to user manuals.
- Support the promotion of online tools and dashboards by preparing communication materials and assisting in information sessions for users.
- Provide administrative and stakeholder management support to the job families project and the external consultant.
- Contribute to the development of the internal mobility framework.
- Conduct research to support workforce planning and other projects.
- Assist in the implementation of other Court‑wide initiatives as required.
Requisiti principali
- All Candidates must have a degree or be in the final stages of a relevant study at a recognized university. Candidates are expected to have a very good record of academic performance. Candidates with Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, Marketing, etc. degrees are strongly encouraged to apply. Other academic qualifications are welcome.
- Internship placements focus on candidates in the early stages of their professional careers therefore; practical experience is not an essential prerequisite for selection. However, practical experience that is relevant to the work of the Court may be considered an asset. Applicants must have less than three years of relevant full-time professional experience to be considered for an internship.
- Proficiency in one of the working languages of the Court, English or French, is required. Working knowledge of the other is desirable.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to adapt to multicultural and multilingual working environments;
- Strong teamwork skills (listens, consults and communicates proactively);
- Good standard of computer skills (including Microsoft Office applications);
- Experience or interest in working with different applications, e. g. Canva, SurveyMonkey, PowerBI, Visio, etc;
- Experience or interest in working with reporting and data;
- Experience or interest in project management;
- Experience or interest in creating content for trainings and courses as well as in promotional material to support different educational programmes;
- Hands-on and pro-active approach;
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
