- Support the development and optimization of digital tools used within the PC&L department.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret logistics and production planning data to support operational decision-making.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to the automation and digitalization of logistics and planning processes.
- Support data quality improvement initiatives and ensure data accuracy across systems.
- Assist in the management and enhancement of ERP and other Supply Chain-related systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Production, IT, and Continuous Improvement teams on digital projects.
- Participate in Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory initiatives related to Supply Chain and Logistics.
- Support end users in the adoption and effective use of digital tools and systems.
Requisiti principali
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Digital Supply Chain, Logistics, Data Analytics, and Process Improvement.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL, Python, VBA, or similar analytical tools is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and digital business applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and transform data into actionable insights.
- Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
