Support the design and enhancement of the RFQ2IMPAT workflow management tool by translating business requirements into solution concepts and process improvements.
Develop and document new user requirements, business rules, approval flows, fields, forms and workflow logic tailored to DHL Freight processes.
Create mock-ups, process diagrams, user stories and functional specifications for system development.
Analyze existing DGF functionality and identify adaptation opportunities for Freight products, services and organizational structures.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, defect documentation and validation of implemented changes.
Support data analysis, reporting requirements and dashboard concepts to improve visibility and management of tender and implementation activities.
Prepare user documentation, training materials and communication packages for business users.
Assist the project team during implementation, training sessions, pilot rollouts and ongoing process optimization.
Requisiti principali
Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
Strong analytical and structured way of working.
Interest in process design, digitalization and workflow automation.
Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft 365.
Ability to translate business needs into practical system requirements.
