Hitachi, Internship in eMobility Testing

You will support the development and testing of innovative R&D products and processes. You’ll work in a collaborative, international environment with colleagues from Europe, Asia and Nort America. This internship offers hands-on experience in testing, data analysis, and technical documentation. You’ll gain insights into real-world engineering projects and contribute to impactful solutions. 

How you’ll make an impact

• Contribute to our testing & development work for real eMobility, BESS and Data Center connected products
• Create presentations and documentation for R&D processes
• Support on standardization of R&D documents like test reports, layouts and inventories
• Help organize demo and lessons-learned sessions for R&D projects
• Document actions and follow up with responsible team members
• Develop handbooks and guides for onboarding and training
• Conduct tests on samples and products in the lab. This includes industry protocols and procedures. The activity contains preparing test samples, operating laboratory equipment, and recording data accurately
• Analyze test data, report findings to engineers and ensure safety and quality standards are met in all lab activities.

• Currently pursuing or close to completing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment
• Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint and other analytical tools (MATLAB, Simulink, PSAD)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset paired with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communicator, fluent in English written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
