As a fully integrated team member, you will be involved from day one in the preparation, coordination, and execution of management consulting projects for the BASF Group’s management.
These projects cover a wide range of areas, including strategy, marketing, organization (structures and processes), business optimization, post-merger integration, and corporate development.
You will conduct sophisticated analyses, support the team in client interviews, and prepare results and recommendations for presentation to senior management.
Requisiti principali
Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program with above-average academic performance, regardless of field of study.
Initial professional experience gained through internships or working student positions in consulting or strategy.
Proficient in the use of standard IT applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent English and advanced German language skills required.
