ING, Internship WB Transaction Services - Commercial Cards

You will support the Commercial Cards team in growing the business and improving the way we work. Your responsibilities may include:

• Coordinating internal projects aimed at improving efficiency, data quality, and workflow management.
• Performing data analysis on sales performance, pipeline development, client activity, and portfolio trends.
• Supporting sales colleagues with client pitches, presentations, proposals, and commercial opportunities.
• Identifying opportunities to optimise and automate sales support and reporting processes.
• Analysing client data and preparing commercial insights to support client discussions.

• Bachelor or Master's student with a background in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in payments, financial services, fintech, or transaction banking.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or data visualisation tools is a plus.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to challenge existing processes and propose improvements.
• Fluency in English.
