- Assisting in the coordination of product launch activities within the Supply Chain Management
- Supporting project managers in tracking timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Helping monitor readiness for production, delivery, and release processes under supervision
- Preparing and updating reports for launch tracking activities (e.g., project management tracker, gantt charts, launch sheets, delivery overview, KPI baseline)
- Facilitating communication and information flow between stakeholders (internal teams, affiliates, suppliers)
- Contributing to risk identification and supporting mitigation planning
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and learning project management tools and processes
- Gaining exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes and international project management.
Requisiti principali
- Scientific background (pharmacy, biotechnology or similar)
- Currently at the last years of the degree or at master studies
- Initial internship or work experience in operations, supply chain, project management, or the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical operations and global product launches
- Fluent in English (oral and written).
