Depending on your interests and our current priorities, you may work on:

• communications, including social media, our website and our newsletter
• events, workshops and meetings, from content to logistics
• research and funding applications
• administrative and governance tasks, such as preparing meetings, taking minutes and documenting events
• general office support and ad hoc tasks.

• Excellent spoken and written English. Another European language is an asset.
• A background in a relevant field, such as communications, European studies, cultural management, political science or information science
• An interest in EU affairs, culture, education or the library sector
• Good writing skills and attention to detail
• Someone proactive, flexible and organised, who can work both independently and in a team
• Familiarity with Canva, WordPress or Mailchimp is a plus
