Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodology to design, develop, and implement innovative 4G OneRAN technology solutions.
Influence the development of Traffic Control, Baseband, and System functionalities.
Work on the optimization and performance tuning of software components.
Provide technical support for development teams.
Develop competencies in a complex technical domain.
Actively participate in and drive technical discussions on software quality with global teams inside and outside our unit.
Requisiti principali
Finishing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Required technical knowledge and skills: C++, Git, software development, software testing, and software troubleshooting.
Experience with OpenShift Container Platform and Cloud Computing is desirable.
Interest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Initial experience using AI tools in programming or testing (e.g. code assistants, log analyzers, or similar).
Good spoken and written English skills.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
Required soft skills: analytical approach, willingness to take on new responsibilities, building strong partnerships and collaboration.
