- Identify and map the market's high-tech product afterlife businesses , and spot the ones with the highest business potential;
- Help to build and learn the operational strategy to approach these businesses, in order to prioritize the sales effort and obtain the best ROI;
- Approach, negotiate and convert new leads into Back Market merchants;
- Training the new sellers on the Back Market tools, for them to be quickly autonomous and achieve high performance;
- Managing projects and creating new services, tools and process to increase the B2B conversion rate.
The positions are located in Paris, or in Bordeaux.
- You are Comfortable working in English
- You would identify communication skills as one of your strengths - you like storytelling & you connect with other people easily
- You are an excellent listener and proactively find/anticipate solutions to answer your partner’s needs
- You are innovative and always on the lookout for ways to become more efficient
- You can work autonomously, but also in a team environment You are motivated by sustainability and willing to gain experience in a scale-up environment
- You are ambitious & not worried to get your hands dirty!
