As an intern, you’ll get the opportunity to work on one of our big bet projects, collaborating closely across both the Analytics and Data Science teams.
The first project will explore algorithmic attribution modelling, using game theory to improve iZettle’s marketing strategy. Here, you’ll help us understand how we can best reach our customers and support our marketing efforts. Using game theory, you’ll develop a model that learns how to grant credits to channels that have contributed the most to customer acquisition and help us choose the best ones. This project involves exploring and developing machine learning models but also the opportunity to wrangle real data, A/B test it and create dashboards to present your results.
The second project will focus on improving our understanding of iZettle merchants and make sure we offer them the right products! Here, you’ll work on identifying iZettle’s customers with the incorrect business classification and then use machine learning to predict their most likely category.
