As our Intern in the Content Team, you will work with the VP Content & Licensing collaborating with the marketing strategy that maximizes audience engagement and revenue for our Games, Music and Video content through our multiple digital distribution channels. You will work cross-functionally to plan, test and optimize Mondia’s catalogue editorially, and suggest campaigns and promotions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Game testing (Android)
  • Market Research (Google Ply store / AppAnnie monitoring)
  • Operational research (in our tools)
  • Contact and support with stakeholders
  • Support the Content Marketing & Editorial Manager Guarantee that the editorial strategy is rolled out rigorously and consistently through all the storefronts.
  • Collaborate to executive presentations on the approaches and results
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Content) to design and implement differentiated and profitable solutions.
Requisiti principali:

 

The ideal candidate will be a passionate in mobile/games industry as a must. High curiosity regarding the gaming industry (new release, top publisher and developer …).
General knowledge about the Video and Music industries are nice to have.  
They would also be insanely focused on demonstrating excellence in service delivery and problem-solving; breaking down complex information into understandable and actionable items. 
Have total understanding of the games industry.
Be familiar with top games and top brands.
Have good analytical skills to evaluate engagement and content performance (KPIs). 
Have an innovative approach to catalogue management and publishing and inspire new processes and ideas.
Comfortable with Office (excel, ppt ..).

Other qualifications include:

  • University degree, Masters, or equivalent education.
  • 1 or 2 years of relevant business experience.
  • You have a great sense of ownership and autonomy. You are self-motivated, and proactive.
  • Strong communication skills and organization skills.
  • Fluent in English in oral and written form, additional European languages.
