  • Build Competitive Insights with close follow-up of Competition activities in the Field & performances analysis
  • Develop a clear understanding of NGP consumer behavior through application of local research plan from set-up to insights delivery:
    • Research brief creation & agency briefing
    • Coordination between local team & Research agency
    • Negotiate & manage budget 
  • Provide analytical support to internal teams to ensure NGP Consumer & market insights are generated & communicated to the marketing organization
    • Analyze all available source of data to build Consumer journey
    • Drive recommendations & identify relevant opportunities for the Organization
    • Engage with internal teams to optimize business decisions based on consumer/commercial/market insights
Requisiti principali:
  • Bac +4/+5 formation (business school or Master equivalence)
  • Minimum of 12 months experience in Market/Consumer Research or Brand Marketing
  • Results oriented: Analytically curious, resilient with strong analytical & presentation skills to leverage multiple data sources & put research into business terms
  • Team oriented: Excellent communication and collaborative skills, leadership and initiative, high adaptability to give insightful recommendations & influence your business partners
  • Innovation interest is also a plus
  • Fluent command of English speaking & written
