Knowledge management support:

  • Grab input from the CBUs to fine-tune the Knowledge management platform
  • Keep defining & structuring the data organization & collection
  • Define the database structure and identify new features ( agile, simple, smart )
  • Work closely with IT and selected Knowledge management agency to ensure the appropriate roadmap
  • Interact with CBU contacts to understand the current status and their needs, help integrating their data into the new system (renaming and structuring files in the system)
  • Communicate on status & identify next steps & challenges for roll out / new developments.

Data Driven Tools:

  • Write and formalize protocols & guidelines linked to selected vendors / solutions for Data Driven Insights
  • Test, challenge the tools and help scouting new ones
  • Organize the appropriate communication for all the S&I community

Requisiti principali:
  • A BAC+4/5 level, from a Business School or University
  • Ideally a first experience in database structure, market research or consulting
  • Technical know-how & qualifications
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel & Word); Good mastering skills of Excel
  • Being at ease with database & structure
