Service Engineering

  • Support the development of new products according to vehicle lifecycle and business needs
  • Participate in supplier Request for Quotation

Quality Assurance

  • Gather warranty data from the system and perform analysis on a monthly basis
  • Support counter measure actions with engineering and suppliers (Field Quality Improvement activities)

Technical Support

  • Manage communication with Regional Business Units (RBUs) regarding the yearly Technical Survey
  • Consolidate results and provide a detailed analysis, highlighting key successes and areas to improve
  • Share results with RBUs along with a detailed action plan to secure mid-term plan achievement by 2020
Requisiti principali:
  • Engineering Degree Student
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / PowerPoint
