  • Prepare template for issuing billing documents, check rebates and accruals in system, posting of vendor invoices;
  • Prepare reports from the system for internal use (e.g. Bonus calculation, Reconciliation between Finance and Sales);
  • Creation of internal procedures related to Sales support department
  • Interact with internal and external counter-parties (e.g. Sales team, Customers, Sales controlling, Vendors, Key accounts).
Requisiti principali:
  • Secondary education; Bachelor’s degree will be considered as advantage;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Fluent in English.
