- Be the main operational point of contact for the customer
- Manage day-to-day MPS activities
- Proactive escalation management
- Manage Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Prepare and lead operational account reviews
- Coordinate all relevant resources (internal/external teams).
- University or College degree obtained in the last 12 months
- Career aspirations in the field of service delivery
- Any experience, related to Customer Handling or Project Management, would be an advantage
- Client facing experience (face-to-face or remote)
- Customer oriented with strong English skills (spoken and written)
- Very good PC literacy
- MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
