Through this position, you will have the opportunity to explore the day-to-day ZBB (Zero base Budget) and Capex (Capital Expenditure) roles. ZBB mindset is one of the core elements of Kraft Heinz Culture, driving organization towards a lean and cost-efficient structure based on saving “non-working” money and redirecting it to brands and consumer related investments.

The CAPEX responsibilities consist in evaluating financial feasibility of capital investments, such as innovation, capacity increases and cost reduction initiatives, as well as manage and control ongoing projects. This is a global role based in the Netherlands, which requires interaction with all business units across the zones and head quarter leadership.


  • Deliver day-to-day Finance reports and participate in projects to automate them. 
  • Become the guardian of finance compliance
  • Support the ZBB and capex activities within all Kraft Heinz zones projects 
  • Post mortem process implementation 
Requisiti principali:


You need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position. Moreover, you need to be enrolled at a European university for at least 50% of the duration of the internship.

  • Bachelor/Master student with affection for Finance, preferably in engineering, computer science, economics, econometrics, business or finance 
  • proactivity / curiosity in learning
  • basic excel / power point knowledge. Basic coding skills such as VBA are welcome 
  • Be self-motivated, flexible and team player to work with people with diverse background and culture. 
  • Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and work under pressure
