Management of the information mailbox (‘the mailbox’), an existing critical task that requires daily monitoring and response; 
Support anti-fraud communication campaigns and update anti-fraud webpage; 
Improve and set-up databases to capture information about fraudulent activities targeting the aviation industry; 
Report about fraudulent activities; 
Support measures to improve IATA’s processes and controls (primarily from an anti-fraud related perspective); 
Support initial set-up of software for business contunuity management; 
Other tasks assigned to her/him.

Requisiti principali:
  • Recent Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or other studies with a strong focus on IT; 
  • Understanding of information systems, data related to fraud, data mining techniques; 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders; 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint); 
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in English; 
  • Advantage will be given if candidate has:
    • Experience in security controls architecture;
    • Fraud prevention experience;
    • Skills in other languages (e.g. Spanish, French);
    • Hands-on approach with “can do” attitude;
    • Quality service orientation.
