Your key responsibilities will be method development for the preparation of mixed mode chromatography resins, synthesis, testing and recording and reporting of scientific work. You will perform chemical syntheses of resins, develop analytical and synthetic methods and perform analysis to show control of processes, all targeted to help develop new resins for new and existing drug targets. You will work, record and report your scientific work within our quality systems and share your learnings with the team.
Students currently in their master studies.
We are looking for a master student in chemistry or other closely related topic and you have experience with laboratory work and
academic project work. Chemical synthesis experience would be an advantage, especially within solid phase chemistry.
Chromatographic understanding would also be an advantage. You are a strong team player with a good understanding of the chemical
sciences. You put attention to detail and are conscious of working safely in the lab. You have experience of using IT and scientific
equipment and have an understanding of scientific literature.
