As an Intern, you will be part of Medical Operations comprised of several ambitious and experienced project managers from different countries and background. During your internship, you will take ownership of numerous tasks which will vary widely, examples are:  tasks supporting our internal communication strategy (support communication package development, stakeholder management), driver of online communication channels, creating and/or implementation materials for patients and healthcare professionals, support the preparations for global meetings/conferences as well as ad hock and administrative tasks. Furthermore, you will work closely with multiple and diverse cross-functional stakeholders and several external vendors.

The working hours are flexible from min. 20 to max. 37 hours a week enabling you to combine an internship with lectures at university, project work or writing your bachelor/master’s thesis.

Requisiti principali:


We are looking for an intern with an interest in strategic communication and project management. You are currently studying for your master’s or bachelor’s degree in economics, communication, marketing, pharmacy, engineering or another relevant field. We prefer if you already have general knowledge about clinical trials. We expect you to master English, verbally as well as in writing, that you have the skills to handle a large volume of projects (with supervision) and the sound personal judgment to make wise decisions.

As a person, you are outgoing with a strong personal drive and dedication. Your strong interpersonal skills assist you in creating trustful relations across professions, and you bring a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. We expect candidates to be service minded, problem solving and thrive in a busy environment and to bring an optimistic attitude.
