You will report to the Head Patternmaker. You will play a vital role by :
- Assisting with the development of collections for womenswear
- Assisting pattern makers for minor alterations on patterns
- Digitizing patterns
- Assisting with the day-to-day needs of the design team: mock ups
- Toile making.
You will participate in the evaluation, filtering, execution, and monitoring of private equity transactions, alongside fund development strategy. You will oversee the following missions:
- Perform sector, strategic and financial analysis of target companies
- Build financial model and perform scenario analysis on Business Plan
- Draft of investment memos and take part in the investment committee process
- Provide support on portfolio companies’ follow-up
- Attend management meetings
- Participate to fundraising strategy.
Develop Warehouse Capacity Analytics in Excel:
- Build and maintain Excel-based models and dashboards to track warehouse space utilization.
- Use formulas, pivot tables, and potentially macros to automate and analyse large datasets.
- Extract and clean inventory and warehouse data to identify trends and inefficiencies with factory support.
Support Process Building & Reporting:
- Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to understand capacity constraints and storage challenges.
- Prepare regular reports and visualizations to support decision making.
Vous rejoignez notre équipe Global Financial Services, Filière CTFD (Collateral Treasury Financial Data) au sein du département Collatéral Legal Management/ Dispute Reconciliation. En collaboration avec votre tuteur, vos missions principales seront :

Under the direct supervision of the Chief of the CITES Outreach and Projects Unit, the intern will assist in the planning, researching, production, and release of communications and multimedia materials on a broad range of wildlife conservation and trade topics across various CITES channels. The activities will mainly have a dual focus on social media and graphics/image development and may include, among other related tasks:
- Social media content drafting and design
- Web and digital communications
- Photo and video editing & production
- Designing infographics and promotional materials
- Support for the World Wildlife Day and CITES@50 campaign preparations.
Duties of the intern may include but are not limited to the following to helping service meetings of the human rights treaty bodies and their respective working groups or the meetings of the Board of Trustees of the Funds. In particular, the intern may:
- Prepare country and legal analysis and draft legal background papers for human rights treaty bodies, related to the State party reporting procedure and treaty body-based individual complaints procedure;
- Conduct research into and draft reports on the jurisprudence of the treaty bodies concerned; Assist with the handling of individual communications received under the different treaty body complaints procedures;
- Provide support in relation to inter-state communications submitted to the treaty bodies; Assist in the preparation of the Subcommittee on Prevention of Torture (SPT) country visits;
- Take notes during the sessions/pre-sessions, and provide support with administrative duties such as the preparation of documentation and reference files in advance of and during the session;
- Provide input to outreach and information tasks, including the Branch newsletter;
- Support the work of the Universal Human Rights Index (UHRI) and the treaty body documentation databases;
- Conduct research and develop training exercises for use in capacity building activities on reporting by States to the treaty bodies;
- Prepare the Weekly Human Rights Treaties Branch Update;
- Assist with preparation of reports and background papers for the General Assembly, the Human Rights Council (HRC) and the annual meeting of Chairpersons of the human rights treaty bodies;
- Support the organization of training activities and development of relevant training material;
- and Assist with evaluation of project proposals for funding; and Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor, as appropriate.

Philanthropy Diversification efforts ensure that MSF Switzerland receives an increasing amount of philanthropy funding from new and innovative funding sources. We advise and support the fundraising teams in harvesting these new opportunities and monitor progress. We contribute to MSF Switzerland spearheading philanthropy innovation for the benefit of the MSF movement.
Blockchain Philanthropy:
Support in:
- Steering, implementing, and developing Crypto and NFT projects.
- Coordinating the international project stakeholders from within MSF Switzerland and other MSF sections.
- Contributing to developing and sharing knowledge about blockchain philanthropy within MSF CH and the movement.
- Participates in the relevant internal and external foras.
- Collaborating with the Digital Unit and looking into joint initiatives and specific collaborations.
- Contributing to the organisational knowledge about the targeted demographics and ensuring restitution, analysis, and preservation of institutional memory.
- Keeping informed of market trends and sharing them with the team.
Islamic Philanthropy:
Support in:
- Steering, implementing, and developing the Islamic Philanthropy Project for MSF CH.
- Coordinating stakeholders from the relevant units, departments and MSF branches.
- Monitoring involvement of other western aid actors in Islamic Philanthropy.
- Ensuring MSF CH is part of the overall MSF efforts on Islamic Philanthropy.

If and when relevant, support in:
- Developing proposals and pitches for other innovative partnerships, as well as for maximizing potential with existing partners, in collaboration with the philanthropy unit team.
- Management of other innovative diversification projects aimed at long-term income.
