Within the management company Tikehau Investment Management, you will integrate the Fund Operations/Loan Operations department and will be involved in the business processes of closed-end private debt funds.

 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Participate in banking and accounting reconciliation processes,
  • Assist in the preparation of the valuations of the funds,
  • Prepare administrative and tax documents (Fund Admins, FATCA),
  • Preparation of the interest notification,
  • Intervention on operational tools (Efront),
  • Preparation of recurring reporting,
  • Participation in year-end audit process,
  • Monitoring the performance of the funds.

 

The researcher will be a member of the research and development team at the at Innovative Medicine R&D center in Toledo, interacting closely with medicinal, analytical and computational chemists. During the internship the researcher will acquire abilities in the use of computational tools as well as analytical techniques such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) to support activities within the drug discovery workflow.

In particular, the researcher will work in the area of Structural Chemistry with the aim of determining the 3D structures of small molecules in solution. He/she will gain ample expertise in the interpretation of NMR spectra for structure determination and will use computational tools such as conformational searches, docking and molecular dynamics simulations. During the 12 months period at the Janssen R&D center, the researcher will receive both practical and theoretical training on structural, computational and medicinal chemistry, as well as in the communication of scientific results.

Reporting to the Marketing & Client Experience Manager, you will be assisting the team in the management of the TimeVallée digital touchpoints, including:

  • Participate in the implementation of TimeVallée's global marketing calendar online (website, social media platforms) and offline, in collaboration with our retail partners & Maisons.
  • Coordinate TimeVallée’s social media accounts, including asset creation, posting, and community management, and prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure the maintenance of TimeVallée’s SharePoint and database files.

In this role you will be designing and implementing SW to our Immersive Voice call application linking spatial audio call experience into the virtual reality visual and audio experiences consumed with head mounted devices or augmented reality glasses which will work together with a mobile phone. The tasks include UI and application engine related SW development. Also, some graphics design are included. The purpose of this job is to contribute to creation of a proof of concept to demonstrate the user experience for a spatial audio call between virtual environments and between real and virtual environments.
