The Intern Safety Data Specialist (SDS-Intern) is responsible for processing adverse events (AE) information in the global safety system for investigational products, under the direction and supervision of a GPVCM Manager. The SDS performs triage, analysis and interpretation of AE data following our Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines. In addition, the SDS-Intern collaborates with other staff within the organization, as well as cross-functionally.

Responsibilities and Primary Activities (may include but are not limited to) 

  • Through daily case prioritization activities, completes reports within the established timeframes to ensure compliance with internal, business partner (BP), and regulatory agency reporting requirements worldwide.
  • Participates in training and certification activities for GPVCM.

 

Under the overall supervision of the Associate Economic Affairs Officer, the selected intern will:  

  • Contribute to organizing workshops and missions, including providing logistical support to organize webinars and technical assistance activities, drafting invitation letters and communication documents, coordinating with participants and organizers, organizing evaluation forms, etc.
  • Assist in research on trade policy issues, including developing briefing/concept notes, speaking notes, PowerPoint presentations, brochures/tools, as well as formatting reports, notes, presentations to align with ITC’s style guide.
  • Participate in project events, including taking notes and compiling minutes.
  • Support, preparation and monitoring of HR Digitization projects such as the implementation of an employee onboarding tool and development of the global recruiting project
  • Assumption of project management tasks, such as preparation of training documents, execution of system tests and preparation of test documentation
  • Participation in system trainings 
  • First level support for global admins for any system requests.
  • You will support the monthly analysis of the business performance by comparing actual results with budgets and prior year figures. Your involvement will include the proactive evaluation of the business risks and opportunities, and the assistance in the migration process to the SAP system.
  • You have a strong passion for data and numerical analysis and excellent Excel skills. You are comfortable using it daily, learning how to perform variance analysis and contributing to the creation of summary reports and presentations used for internal decision-making.
  • You will collaborate with various departments and specifically with the Commercial commercial Team, and Industrial Controlling, to gather and analyze financial data (Price structure by Customer & sku).

You will be supporting the team and work on approaches to further improve the teams’ operations and the customer experience during the engagement with the S.Factory Team. The tasks comprise, but are not limited to: 

  • Setting up and managing video streaming platforms and equipment
  • Organizing customer tours through the S.Factory; correspondence in Team Inbox with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain and organize knowledge-sharing documents to facilitate internal collaboration
  • Administer internal communication channels to streamline information flow across departments
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of project status reports
  • Execution of own smaller projects.

 

As an intern, you will support the team in updating and testing the Manual Analysis System (MAS) and validating multicast stream consistency and interconnect using Bridgetech systems in close collaboration with the Dataminer team. You will also play a key role in OU (Occasional Use) line-ups, supporting live event transmission workflows.

 

As a Broadcast Systems & Monitoring intern, you will be responsible to:

  • Assist in updating and validating MAS functionalities to ensure accurate signal analysis and reporting.
  • Test and monitor multicast streams using the Bridgetech probe, identifying anomalies and supporting root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with the Dataminer team to integrate monitoring insights and streamline alerting workflows.
  • Support OU line-up procedures, including signal path verification, coordination with takers, and documentation.
  • Participate in live troubleshooting and escalation processes during event transmissions.
  • Document test results, procedures, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
  • With this work you will lay a foundation for the design and calculation of gears.
  • You will create a program code to generate gear geometry based on given gear parameters.
  • Furthermore, you will also generate code for the meshed FEM bodies from the gear geometry.
