- Ambassador management: assist in managing partnerships with ambassadors, including coordination, planning, and tracking their performance
- Campaign support: help with planning and organizing key marketing campaigns in collaboration with the team

You will be responsible for recreating existing Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) models using extracted data, as the current production systems may not always be available. Following the recreation of the MIP models, you will develop new models using the InsideOpt Seeker solver. This will involve formulating the problems to leverage the capabilities of InsideOpt Seeker, both with and without incorporating uncertainty. Additionally, you will create a framework to analyze and compare the outcomes of the solutions produced by both the recreated MIP models and the newly developed InsideOpt Seeker models. This comparison will include evaluating the effectiveness of each approach under scenarios with and without uncertainty, allowing you to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each solver in real-world decision-making contexts.

Vous serez également un support à la vie quotidienne de l'équipe du Studio de Création pour la présentation des dessins et les relations avec le service développement.
- Assist with day-to-day IT support for Celonis employees in the Munich office
- Support onboarding of new employees by setting up laptops, accounts, and access rights
- Help troubleshoot hardware and software issues on macOS and Windows devices
- Learn to use and administer tools like Intune, Kandji, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom
- Collaborate with the global IT Service Team to handle requests via ticketing systems

Nous recherchons un analyste qui interviendra dans la conception et la consolidation des outils utilisés par le département pour effectuer des analyses et des prévisions de la performance d'une route aérienne et prévisions de trafic passagers et cargo, améliorer les outils de prévision basé sur Python et Selenium (pour le webscrapping).
Dans le cadre de ce stage, vos missions seront les suivantes :
- Coder un outil de prévision de la performance d'une route aérienne (QSI) en utilisant différents outils de codage (Python etc.) et du webscrapping (comprendre le codage précédent de l'outil) ;
- Consolider et automatiser les processus et outils de travail (MS Excel) pour l'équipe de prévision de trafic au sein du pôle Aviation Development ;
- Améliorer l'outil de prévision du trafic aérien en lisant, comprenant, corrigeant, modifiant les codes existants ;
- Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus.
Analyse de la performance développement durable du groupe :
- Contribution à l’élaboration du reporting extra-financier : vérification et interprétation des données
- Utilisation et amélioration de l’outil d’automatisation de vérification des données
Pilotage de la performance environnementale du groupe :
- Suivi mensuel des indicateurs clés de performance du groupe (énergie, déchets, eau) et présentation lors de webinaires techniques.
- Analyse des données et établissement de rapports en lien avec la stratégie Act4good
- Adaptation et amélioration de l'outil de suivi, en fournissant un soutien et une expertise à l'équipe sur place.
- Identification des bonnes pratiques et communication avec les différents pays pour comprendre les meilleures approches.
- Vérifier les données de l’HACCP : Tu seras notre Sherlock Holmes de la qualité, en t'assurant que tout est en ordre pour nos matières premières et emballages.
- Proposer un format de communication : Tu as l’aubaine de créer un rapport annuel sur l’efficacité du plan HACCP Qualité Achat.
- Réviser les analyses de risque : Tu seras notre gardien des risques, en intégrant les nouveaux dangers qui pourraient surgir.
- Prepare customer facing business reviews and presentations

- Support the monitoring and analysis of EFSF/ESM structural risks (liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange) and produce ALM reports.
- Use data modelling techniques to assist in computing, forecasting, and optimising costs and risks for the ESM/EFSF and its beneficiary Member States.
- Contribute to updating and improving the team documentation.
You will support the HR department in developing, maintaining, and improving data analytics solutions to support strategic HR decision-making. You will also work closely with the Reward & HR Controlling team and HR Functions to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all HR systems.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Participate to the creation, improvement and monitoring of Power BI Dashboards to track key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment, overtime, balance) monthly.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests from HR Business Partners and other stakeholders.
Data Management & Quality
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data in the different systems by supporting the implementation of data quality checks and processes.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, data definitions, and data processes.
Process Improvement & Automation
- Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using tools like Advanced Excel, Power Query, Power Automate and VBA.
- Support the implementation of new HR systems and technologies.
