The objective of the traineeship is to participate in the implementation of regulatory projects. You will be given the opportunity to deal with the requirements of various financial regulations (AML/CFT, MAR, MiFID, etc.)  and their operationalization across the EIB group.

 

Responsibilities

 

Under the supervision of the Head of Unit and a senior Project Manager in the team, you will support the project management work performed by the team by:

  • performing some PMO (Project Management Officer) tasks,e.g. setting up key meetings and taking minutes; 
  • perfoming ad-hoc research and liaising with operational project stakeholders;
  • contributing to the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for key meetings;
  • helping team members in the coordination/the interactions with the various stakeholders across the organization (be the bridge between the 1st and 2nd line of defense);
  • supporting the implementation of a new Compliance related tool/application including the execution of testing.
  • Communication rédactionnelle : réalisation de dossiers technico-économiques, de dossier de présentation, de fiches actualité à l'attention des salariés, …
  • Gestion et organisation des aspects logistiques lors d'événements internes et externes (recherche de site pour la manifestation, réalisation des supports d’invitation et de présentation (invitation, PPT, documents divers, ..), mailing, suivi du nombre de participants, suivi du budget, ...
  • Refonte de la base documentaire et d'archives de la Direction Territoriale.
  • Réalisation de PPT pour présentations internes et externes (synthèse de documents, respect de la charte graphique,...).
  • Participation aux réunions d'équipe, présence lors d'évènements externes/internes.

 

Vous développerez des compétences dans le domaine des réglementations européennes et américaines des sanctions économiques internationales et de contrôle des exportations. La Division vous confiera principalement l'accompagnement et assistance dans le cadre de la réalisation de la nouvelle feuille de route 2024 de la Division sur des divers sujets sanctions économiques et contrôle des exportations :

  • Digitalisation,
  • Changement des guides internes,
  • Projet en lien avec le contrôle d'exportation.

  • Support the Design Team in the execution of innovative apparel design development aimed at continuous design innovation and achieving set goals
  • Contribute to the quality of products’ design content in order to reinforce and strengthen the brand position and generate consumer demand
  • Support the integration of product and technical developments into the garment design
  • Under the direction of the Design Team, collect market intelligence, providing all involved with accurate and up-to-date information on design trends and developments and utilize them effectively
  • Support the launch of innovative apparel design ideas in line with specific product strategies
  • Contribute to adequate protection of PUMA’s intellectual property and support the delivery of projects in line with PUMA development calendar
  • Support the Design Team with research into market trends and information and in the creation and maintenance of design mini sheets and garment specifications.
  • Learning to develop code and test fixtures in C and higher-level object-oriented languages (e.g. C# or Python)
  • Proactively providing status, raising issues, and communicating necessary information to appropriate team members on a regular basis 

 

During the internship, you will work with highly motivated people from different departments within the Investment Management domain to identify and detail the main business processes and how the data is distributed through various systems.

You also have the following tasks:

  • Identify and prioritise business process use cases;
  • develop business process flows;
  • develop insight in data within the business processes;
  • brainstorm new ideas and participate in discussions with the stakeholders.
  • Develop your knowledge of Dell Technologies’ datacenter solutions.
  • Develop professional consultative skills used to gather customer requirements and IT environment specifics.
  • Learn to architect solutions that meet customers’ overall business outcomes and goals.
  • Drive the latest trends such as DevOps, software-defined, and artificial intelligence which are changing how customers deploy and operate their IT infrastructure.

Administration du personnel :

  • Vous mettez en place des contrats d’alternance et des conventions de stage en relation avec les Ecoles, l’OPCO et les étudiants,
  • Vous suivez les coûts de formation.

Relations sociales collectives et individuelles :

  • Vous préparez et participez aux réunions des IRP (CSE – CSSCT – Commissions diverses),
  • Vous réalisez une veille juridique et sociale,
  • Vous pouvez également être amené(e) à effectuer des missions de communication RH (communication sur des nouveaux sujets RH auprès de l’ensemble du siège).

  • Works with the Partnership Coordinator and Partnership Advisor and supports them in their role as focal points for global, institutional partnerships by assisting and co-stewarding various initiatives. 
  • Helps convene colleagues to shape the institutional partnering agenda and implement key activities, such as developing a partnership portfolio, internal guidelines, and frameworks.
  • Supports the Partnership unit as co - ‘business owner’ of the Partnership Product line - which involves a Mapping/Data collection project, and regularly interacts with key stakeholders at HQ and in the field, including the MMP operating manager and colleagues working on similar IT solutions. 
  • Assists in preparing documents required by the Partnership Council (PTP-C) and other internal workstreams related to partnering, such as risk management. Produces minutes of meetings when necessary.
  • Supports efforts to strengthen learning, peer support and knowledge management by leading wide consultation sessions and ad-hoc initiatives dedicated to partnership practitioners.
  • Provides ad-hoc administrative support, keeps internal information systems up-to-date and assists with organising meetings and events.
  • Provides support to any other priority area as priorities, ambitions, and working modalities will evolve throughout the year.
