Data support:

  • Analysing the raw data generated from the NSD CF E-learning and Self-assessment course, visualizing the results, and generating valuable and meaningful insights in the form of dashboards, such as PowerBI, and reports accessible to IFRC secretariat senior management as well as to other National Societies utilising the self-assessment course.
  • Serves as the liaison point between OT unit and IFRC Learning and development team to access data and necessary information to allow analysing data generated from the NSD CF E-learning and self-assessment course.
  • Updating dashboards and reports as well as communicating insights to support presentations and improve decision making of the OT unit.
  • Provide insight and use of AI across the process wherever possible.
  • Share knowledge and act as a subject matter resource on data analysis and research on wider topics covered by the OT unit and use 30% of its time to other OT unit initiatives to enable cross learning and bring synergy with works across the unit.

Logistical support:

  • Contribute to coordinating working groups and stakeholders related to the NSD CF under the guidance of the Sr. Officer for Organisational Transformation.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Sr Officer for Organisational Transformation.

You will support the Investment Committee secretary, ensuring Capex governance is maintained and kept up to date. Acting as the Group focal point for SAP-IM management, you will manage the approval flow matrix and cost objects, while ensuring consistency across systems.

Thanks to your attention to detail, you will ensure the smooth flow of information between the Investment Committee, planning, and reporting functions. You will also verify alignment between the closure database and the Group's investment policy, supporting efficient financial and compliance processes. In this role, you have the opportunity to gain experience as an assistant to the Finance Business Partner(s) for the Personal Health (PH) Business groups in short term performance tracking and management and longer term strategic financial modelling.

 

You are responsible for

  • P&L modelling for short term and strategic decision making; cooperating with the different categories within Grooming and Beauty, Oral Healthcare and Mother & Childcare and in cross PH projects and assignments
  • Support in the daily management with short term performance tracking and follow up

The Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA) Service is a dedicated team providing accounting & financial reporting advisory services, specialising in IFRS, US GAAP and LUX GAAP. The team assists clients by providing expert input to challenging transactions, performing critical reviews of financial statements, providing trainings amongst others.

 

ARA is a dynamic, multicultural and young team, assisting both external clients and audit teams with complex accounting matters and the practical application of accounting & financial reporting standards. Accustomed to being the expert in the room, ARA has at the core of its objective the development of its members both technically and non-technically, aiming to make them experts in their subject but as well all-rounders in terms of soft skills. Your project

 

Through this internship, you’ll be joining a team in central position, coordinating Demand & Supply between Sales and Manufacturing (Plants) operation. You’ll have opportunity to take part and contribute to Toyota Europe production planning monthly process, and manage daily Production Control activities.
You’ll also support key reports, production results and regular KPIs preparation for Management and other stakeholders.

As part of Toyota’s continuous improvement, you’ll be asked to investigate ways to eliminate inefficiencies in some of our processes through process kaizen and tasks automatization. 

 

Notre équipe Local Original Production (LOP) HBO Max France est chargée de développer et produire des contenus originaux français pour notre plateforme de streaming.

Dans ce contexte, vos missions principales sont :

  • Participer activement au fonctionnement quotidien du service LOP MAX France. Vous serez amené(e) à assister l’ensemble de l’équipe dans la gestion interne du service et sur les différents projets de séries.
  • Participer activement à la gestion du développement éditorial des projets de séries. Le/la stagiaire contribuera à structurer et enrichir les outils de suivi éditorial et sera progressivement impliqué(e) dans l’analyse créative des projets reçus.

Vous assurez un appui stratégique à l’équipe, structuré autour des missions suivantes :

  • Assistance administrative : gestion des agendas, organisation de réunions, aide à la gestion des notes de frais etc.
  • Soutien à la coordination d’équipe : aide à la planification des tâches, relances internes, mise à jour des outils de suivi (tableaux de bord, plannings, etc.).

Research and content development:

  • Undertake desktop research on sustainable financial regulation and finance-related themes requested and/or suggested by the Policy team. Key themes may include the integration of climate risk into banking regulation and supervision, corporate sustainability disclosure, transition plans, green taxonomies, biodiversity-related policy developments and others;
  • Contribute to policy briefs for sustainable banking regulatory measures in key regions and/or jurisdictions;
  • Ensure coordination and input from other UNEP FI teams and key stakeholders, as relevant;
  • Support with the preparation of info sessions, Webinars on selected regulatory developments, and events;
  • Conduct content development and technical works related to his/her own research interest aligning with the Policy team’s focus. Project management support:
  • Support the Policy team with researching relevant funding opportunities and support with the application process;
  • Support internal coordination efforts;
  • Coordination of work with other thematic teams in UNEP FI;
