- First-line in IT support for business users, including troubleshooting system, hardware, and software issues via a ticketing application.

- Creative Development: Assist in designing seasonal visual merchandising assets including window displays, brand imagery, and pop-up concepts that reflect each brand’s identity and marketing strategy.
- Design Execution: Create visual merchandising guidelines, training materials, mood boards, and sketches to communicate design concepts and standards.
- Material Sourcing: Help select and source props and materials for retail installations and showroom displays.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and hands-on VM setups.
- Analysis of strategic business areas or specific issues in the watch industry and derivation of recommendations
- Benchmark analysis / Analysis of competitors, Incl. presentation of the results to several departments

- Contribute to the drafting of the credit notes required for the decision of the Investment Committee;
- Monitor existing investments (financial analysis, meetings with management) and prepare reports for investors.
The Brand & Creative Direction unit is embedded in the larger Corporate Communications team. This global team provides all levels of communications support for the organization, including the corporate website, media relations, social media, and the intranet. The design team provides the visual communications part for all of the above.
What your day would be like
Interesting, challenging and varied: design requests can come from any part of IATA's global business. So you would be expected to support delivery, which might include event materials or production, digital media assets, logos, icons, infographics, animation, print brochures, presentations.
Thanks to your academic background in law and interest in privacy-related matters, you will support the Compliance Legal Competence Center and the PMO for Global Legal Operations. Your tasks will include reviewing Data Processing Agreements, supporting Data Protection Impact Assessments, and assisting with the drafting of data protection clauses within service contracts.
You will also contribute to awareness initiatives related to data protection, help strengthen the internal privacy network, and assist in implementing elements of the AI governance framework. Additional responsibilities will include supporting legal operations projects, managing the Ferrero privacy email account, and contributing to coordination efforts for legal meetings, including the drafting of meeting minutes.
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of key associative events and communications – including Field Associative Debates (FADs), the MSFCH General Assembly (GA), and Swiss-based activities – within the framework of the Associative Plan of Action, to foster engagement and timely participation.
- Contribute to the production, editing, and translation of associative content – such as articles, newsletters, GA materials, and updates in French and English – within MSFCH communication platforms and channels, to ensure accessible, consistent, and engaging information-sharing across the association.
- Provide logistical and administrative support – including event coordination, membership management, travel arrangements, hospitality for Mission Associative representatives and room preparation – as part of organizing the MSFCH General Assembly and other key events, to create an inclusive, engaging, and smoothly run environment.
- Maintain and organize documentation and knowledge assets – such as meeting minutes, planning documents, and associative records – and contribute to the development of knowledge management tools and systems in line with MSFCH practices, to support transparency, continuity, and effective governance.
- Collaborate on ad-hoc projects and support tasks – assigned by the MSFCH President or Association & Networking Coordinator – within the evolving needs of the associative team.
- Assist the Digital Communications team with the planning and execution of content across both external and internal digital channels.
- Help manage and optimize content through our digital tools, including Sprinklr (social media) and Adobe Experience Manager (website).
- Maintain and update the content calendar using Trello to ensure timely and coordinated publishing across platforms.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
- Support in the creation and editing of visual content—such as images and videos—for use on social media, internal platforms, and the company website.
- Assist in community management by engaging with audiences and monitoring conversations across our digital channels.
- Contribute to performance tracking by monitoring and reporting on key metrics for internal communications, social media, and website activity using tools like Sprinklr and Google Analytics.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and industry activity, using insights to help develop innovative content ideas and improve channel performance.
- During your assignment, you will implement, integrate and evaluate cutting-edge algorithms along the complete stack of an Automated Driving System with focus on perception or function and planning modules.
- Technological focus will be on Machine Learning (End2End systems, Foundation Models, such as VLM and VLA).
- Your algorithms will run in real time on a prototype test vehicle.
- In addition, you will realize a system-driven evaluation in a system-in-the-loop simulation and on defined reference tracks.
- Last but not least, you will work in an agile and diverse research team.
