Support the Research and Innovation Team in the functions of Design, User Experience and Nutrition, in:
- The execution of Innovation Exploration for our categories, supporting the organization of Design Thinking workshops.
- Food & Beverage trends scouting with consolidation of relevant information (nutritional, sensory, claims).
- Support for the “definition phase” of projects with competitor analysis, product tasting organization, project documentation support.
- Organize and lead tastings: product sample purchase, shipments and sensory analysis reporting.
- Supporting the management of Innovation Idea Backlog.
You will be working closely together with other areas as Marketing, SIA (Strategy, Insights and Analytics), Product developers, Project Management and other teams.
- As part of your job, you will support us in developing advanced test methods for our lithium-ion batteries
- Your area of responsibility includes the independent preparation and execution of electrochemical battery tests as well as the subsequent evaluation and interpretation of the results, ensuring timely results of high quality for our research projects
- You actively contribute your own ideas to optimize practical laboratory workflows and data evaluation processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation
- You will be involved in day-to-day operations and project-related work

- Supporting with the delivery of strategic projects among various workstreams, such as planning and reporting, process improvements, automation and agile.

- Collect and synthesize restaurant partner feedback into insights that can inform and drive the product and business roadmap.
- Build meaningful, lasting relationships to make Uber Eats the delivery platform of choice for our restaurant partners
- Helping out with cost allocation
- Working on monthly supplier accounts reconciliations and documentation
- Helping out in selecting preferred suppliers
- Getting insights into all purchases at HQ and our stores
- Scrutinising the purchase ledger systems
- Producing weekly payment reporting
- Helping out with monthly bank reconciliation for the Group accounts
- Assisting with annual group audit and local audits
- Networking with suppliers
- Identifying improvement areas and find solutions in all processes you touch
- Become a part of a small and independent team of experienced engineers.
- End-to-end ownership of a specific research project and performing individual research (under the mentorship of our experienced data scientists).

- Independent development of frontend and backend features
- Support with the documentation of IT systems and processes
- Support with the analysis and resolution of technical problems
- Collaboration in the maintenance and servicing of existing IT systems

- Collecting and cleansing data as required
- Verifying completeness and correctness of requests submitted by other stakeholders within the organization

- Gestionarás y darás seguimiento al Programa de Becas, participando en el proceso de selección y siendo el punto de contacto con todos los becarios de la compañía y sus tutores.
- Colaborarás en la creación, modificación y gestión de los materiales de Employer Branding.

- Analyse de données : assurer le suivi des avis clients et analyse du NPS et des KPI des marques partenaires afin d’identifier les problématiques impactant la qualité de service sur la Marketplace et formuler des plans d’action.
- Gestion des demandes : être capable de venir en aide aux marques partenaires et aux commerciaux Marketplace pour tous les sujets liés aux opérations post-ventes et à la satisfaction clients.
- Reporting : soutenir les Customer success manager dans l’établissement de rapports détaillés envoyés chaque mois aux marques partenaires afin de partager les performances en matière de qualité de service
- Onboarding : assurer l’étape de formation des nouvelles marques partenaires à la fin de chaque processus d’onboarding et veiller à ce que toutes les informations nécessaires au bon déroulement du partenariat en termes de qualité de service soient délivrées aux marques.
- Signalements : gestion des signalements clients sur les plateformes et assurer les échanges avec le service client, l’équipe monétique, l’équipe juridique, l’équipe Marketplace et technique lorsque cela est nécessaire.
- Projets : identification des leviers d’amélioration et contribution aux différents projets.
