- You run and circulate regular reporting, performance updates and applicable analysis to enhance effectiveness and product range profitability for all Brands.
- You support monitoring business trends & driving action to react to market changes.
- You work with allocation team to ensure correct product flow to our stores.
- You support our customer service to look after our partners stores.
- You coordinate with other areas (Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, …) to ensure the successful development of test and their assessment.
- You look at standards and procedures and propose improvements.
- You support all the projects related to wholesale reporting and planning processes, including data quality and key metrics (support development of new IT tools).
You will be part of a small team that is responsible for supporting collaboration and communication among the member organisations. You will be involved in the analysis of policy developments, the organisation of events, office management, communication, engagement and capacity building with EU decision makers and EU health stakeholders, and in providing information to member organisations. Responsibilities:
- office management activities
- support the team in developing policy campaigns and help implement a broad range of advocacy activities
- draft reports, minutes and policy briefings
- actively develop and maintain a network of contacts and use contact management tools such as contact databases
- support the team in drafting newsletters and communication activities related to the organisation’s activities

Social Media:
- Monitor and manage social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn);
- Write and schedule posts in line with our current projects, news and events;
- Develop dynamic creative content tailored to each channel: carousels, short videos (including drafting scripts, filming and editing), stories etc.
- Assisting in drafting the organisation’ social media strategy.
Events organisation:
- Assist with the organisation of events, physical and virtual;
- Attend virtual and physical preparation meetings, giving inputs and taking notes;
- Ad-hoc support as necessary.
External Communications:
- Assisting in keeping our website up-to-date;
- Some data and analytics gathering;
- Assisting in drafting and sending our newsletter.
- Work together with Product Manager and IT to build, maintain, and optimize systems & digital products.
- Partner with MPIM (Merchandizing Planning & Inventory Management) and Operations business stakeholders and x-functional teams to analyze the needs and align digital product’s roadmap to strategic goals.
- Assists on the Product implementation roadmap:
- Partner with business teams to understand individualized needs, and achieve the best solution to meet those needs
- Develop appropriately detailed specifications and mockups for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
- Assist the coordination with x-functional partners (Engineering team, external vendors, business teams) to develop prototypes in the best secured way, aligned to specifications and creating best outcome
- Partner with the project manager to communicate progress with the relevant stakeholders
- Support testing the Products to drive efficiency across the department.
- Continuously gathers feedback and insights to integrate into the product roadmap.
- Encourage adoption of solutions through close partnerships with business teams, understanding barriers or challenges
- Continuously learn about innovative technology and look for ways to upgrade our current WoW.
HSSE team support:
- Support a variety of tasks, work packages and projects as outlined and assigned in the annual work plan for the Health, Safety, Social and Environmental (HSSE) management team
- Research and information/data collection
- Research global trends and activities in HSSE
- Support compilation of best practices in HSSE from within and outside UNOPS
- Day to day tasks as assigned
Communication and reporting:
- Contribute to maintenance and updating of the HSSE intranet site
- Assist with monitoring and reporting of HSSE performance
- Assist during HSSE review preparations
Coordination of global HSSE operations:
- Maintenance, update and support of all relevant guidance and documentation
- Assist with providing timely advice on HSSE issues
- Assist with HSSE training support and preparation of workshops
- Assist in the development and delivery of HSSE training
- Any other duties in support of the Shared Services Center
- Provide active input to the EUSR MEPP’s work.
- Assist the work of the team of Political Advisors.
- Conducting monitoring and research, as well as providing analysis and reporting on political, security, human rights and legal issues.
- Take part in meetings and ensure timely reporting.
- Draft briefings and background information.
- Contribute to and take part in the organization of meetings and events in Brussels.

The internship is located in the Stand-By Partners Program (SBP) under the Emergency Response Section (ERS), of the OCHA Response Support Branch (RSB), Coordination Division.
The intern will directly support the SBP team in fulfilling mandated activities and projects. Tasks will include:
- Support handling of new SBP requests, nominations, deployments and extensions of SBP experts.
- Timely recording and tracking of requests, nominations and extensions.
- Monitor the newly introduced data management tool.
- Support analysis of Performance Evaluation Reports and development of stories.
- Provide support as required.
- Analyze the current object detection challenge and define technical requirements.
- Investigate and select suitable sensor combinations (e.g., vision, ultrasound, lidar).
- Design and build a prototype for a redundant detection system using microcontrollers.
- Integrate the prototype on the robot and conduct real-world testing.
- Evaluate system performance and recommend improvements.
- Document your findings and share your insights with the team.
- Collaborate with a team of researchers and developers to explore the application of deep learning in 3D visualization and analysis software for Materials Science.
- Support in creating and implementing advanced deep learning algorithms to enhance the performance of our software.
- Conduct extensive testing and evaluation to ensure the flawless performance of the developed algorithms.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for complex scientific challenges.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to determine customer requirements and successfully implement them into the software.
- Assist in the implementation of events & entertainment plan to ensure activation & brand campaigns are achieved on time in full
- Monitor & report 121 Activation performance and follow up with correcting actions
- Manage brand communication activities through pro-active contact with external service agencies (e.g. advertising agency) and other departments within the Company to ensure excellent quality of deliverables and that key milestones are met
- Monitor and keeping well track of records related to Purchase Orders to ensure budget file is always up to date
- Identify market opportunities, and develop responsive actions based on thorough analysis of market data & consumer insights
- Support M&A Due Diligence: Assist in conducting comprehensive due diligence processes for financial institutions considering mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures. Tasks may include financial analysis, market research, and target evaluation.
- Financial Modeling: Collaborate with senior consultants to develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of potential transactions, including valuation analyses, scenario modeling, and sensitivity analysis.
- Industry Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics within the financial services industry, providing valuable insights to support client engagements.
- Documentation and Reporting: Assist in preparing client presentations, memoranda, and reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and insights derived from the due diligence and analysis processes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across different functional areas, including finance, operations, and strategy, to support the development and execution of client engagements.
- Professional Development: Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance technical skills, industry knowledge, and professional development.
- Research & Analysis: Desktop research on current practices and trends of retail organisations’ engagement with multinationals linked to logistics carbon emissions savings
- Benchmarking: Reviewing and identifying current good practices at HEINEKEN Operating Companies, including identification of best practices and listing main possibilities and limitations of collaborations. Deep dive and review current best practices of selected retail organisations (located in Europe and potentially in Mexico)
- Recommendations: Provide a list of recommendations on potential approaches to collaboration with retail customers that have reasonable potential for logistics emissions reductions
