• Support the management of product data within our Product Information Management system (PIM), ensuring consistency between backend information and catalog/app display.
  • Identify and troubleshoot content issues at the product level.
  • Identify problems, suggest improvements, and help correct discrepancies in the product information system.
  • Oversee Q-Commerce Catalog and Content Quality, ensuring completeness and accuracy at the product level.
  • Assist in creating and implementing project management processes to address specific content or data-related issues.
  • Work with various stakeholders, both HQ and local teams, to define, track, and resolve data discrepancies efficiently.

2. Ventes complexes

  • Piloter en mode projet le cycle d'avant-vente de nos prestations de conseil, dans un souci constant de différenciation : qualification des besoins du client, élaboration de la stratégie de réponse, rédaction de l'offre commerciale, présentation au client ; 
  • Coordonner l'ensemble des managers et consultants qui contribuent aux réponses aux appels d'offres ; 
  • Négocier l'offre commerciale auprès des Directions Achats de nos clients et sécuriser la vente.  

3. Stratégie de compte

  • Analyser le potentiel de l'environnement client et cibler les périmètres prioritaires sur lesquels investir commercialement ; 
  • Définir et piloter les plans d'actions commerciaux pour développer notre positionnement sur un compte donné. 
  • Help gather, clean, and consolidate process data for analysis.
  • Support with reports, templates, and action tracking for ongoing HR process initiatives.
  • Receive wide exposure working with various managers and supporting a global head in an international corporation. 
  • Keep our internal documents and templates polished and aligned with best practices.
  • Assist in organizing team meetings and workshops.

 

Le groupe STEF a développé, dans son outil de gestion des stocks, un nouvel algorithme de pré-composition des supports de préparation plus riche que l’algorithme déjà existant, permettant notamment de mieux répondre aux exigences des clients. L’utilisation et l’appropriation de ce nouvel algorithme par les sites nécessite un accompagnement (formation, conduite du changement).

Vos missions :

  • Affiner l’état des lieux des sites concernés
  • Définir les sites/dossiers prioritaires, en concertation avec les sites concernés
  • Former les équipes site à l’utilisation de ces nouvelles fonctionnalités
  • Mettre en place des indicateurs pour suivre l’état d’avancement du déploiement de ces fonctionnalités
  • Effectuer avec les sites un suivi post déploiement
  • Compléter/créer des documents de formation si nécessaire
  • Identifier les éventuels freins à l’utilisation de ces fonctionnalités par les sites
  • Créer un tableau de bord Excel de suivi d’utilisation des fonctionnalités WMS par les sites de la BU Surgelé

 

The incumbent will work under the direct supervision of the Programme Management Officer, Partnerships, Office of Director UNOOSA .  Daily responsibilities will depend on the individual’s background;  Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Work with the communications team on planning and executing traditional and social media engagements.
  • Prepare various written outputs of the Office, e.g. background papers, analytical and briefing notes, and sections of official reports and studies.
  • Support, as necessary, the implementation of outreach activities originating from the Office of the Director, capacity building initiatives, including Office's public relations, outreach campaigns and public information activities.
  • Draft background notes, papers, factsheets, spreadsheets and other documents in support of the Office's programme budget, fundraising. activities and other administration obligations, including updating internal databases and other planning tools.
  • Prepare inputs for publications, draft speeches, statements and presentations for the Director to major global conferences and meetings of the United Nations and space-related entities, the United Nations Committee on the Peaceful Uses of Outer Space and its subsidiary bodies.
  • Provide general administrative support, if needed.
  • Prepare monthly reports, summaries, meeting minutes, standard operating procedures and other management related outputs. 8. Perform other tasks as necessary.

As an Order-To-Invoice Intern you will support the Regional Finance Director in daily tasks, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, agenda follow-ups, and consolidation of topics. You will play a key role in preparing presentations, tracking action points, and assisting with various improvement efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for students looking to gain hands-on experience in a finance function within a dynamic corporate environment.

  • Proactively prepare meeting materials, including billing data, reports, and Power Point presentations for internal leadership reviews
  • Help develop visual storytelling for complex information
  • Take meeting notes and ensure follow-ups on key action items.
  • Support with light coordination of ongoing initiatives (tracking and follow up)
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis tasks.

During a 6-month internship starting in September and within the Industrial Efficiency team based in the Ecully Campus, you will learn by doing and contributing with an active role to deliver key excellence program initiatives on site and at corporate level. Your main activities will be:

  • Participate on site Kaizen workshops to identify improvement opportunities in terms of customer service, quality, cost and/or cash.
  • Contribute to key corporate projects such as digitalization of operational excellence in line with Groupe SEB 4.0 ambitions.
  • Leading the generation of detailed inventory and performance analysis reports and dashboards, providing monthly updates to various stakeholders
  • Analyzing gaps and conducting root cause analysis
  • Enhancing reports to improve transparency and visibility on supply and availability situations
  • Managing monthly updates of inventory balance monitoring analysis to optimize stock levels across various warehouses
  • Preparing slow-mover analysis reports to identify and address inventory inefficiencies, contributing to overall inventory optimization.

 

The internships will be located in the Trade in Services Section, Trading Systems, Services and Creative Economy Branch, Division on International Trade and Commodities (DITC). Carrying out his/her tasks under the supervision of the Chief of the Section, the interns will perform the following functions:  

  • Assist in drafting inputs into research papers and other reports on trade in services and the creative economy.
  • Assist in drafting technical background documents and policy-oriented papers on trade in services, diversification, and the creative economy (i.e. Creative Economy Outlook 2026).
  • Assist in building datasets and analyze data with statistical tools such as Excel, STATA or R.
  • Undertake descriptive analysis and produce graphs/tables to visualize data.
  • Assist in drafting and preparing official documents, statements, presentations.
  • Assist in preparing intergovernmental meetings, side events and implementing technical assistance projects (i.e., events during the UNCTAD16 conference).
  • Attend and summarize online and/or Geneva-based in-person conferences and meetings.

The student will be part of a team or project group working on coating formulations and performing a variety of test with a high degree of independence. Literature, internal reports and coating educating syllabi are present to be used to acquire theoretical knowledge. All equipment necessary for paint formulation is available. The student will have a very regular contact with the supervisor to discuss approach, results, and continuation. The subject for the internship can have a more innovative character (technology/concept development) or focussed on product development. Several continuously evolving subjects are available, so is not possible to predict which projects will be worked on in advance. Regardless of this, all interns will have the opportunity to have an in-depth learning of coating technology and doing research in an industrial organisation.
