We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to join an AI team primarily supporting Group SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) in order to further develop and implement our Sustainability Trajectory Dashboard (STD) Tool.
This innovative project uses agent-based modeling to optimize sustainability investments and accelerate progress toward our environmental targets.
Our Technology Strategy & Transformation team helps clients refresh their enterprise architecture to support the new business direction, and leverages advances in technology areas such as cloud, mobile, digital, and analytics in order to align business strategy and IT.
What will you do:
- Assist the team in their exchange with client top executive as regards how innovation and technology trends such as cloud, analytics, mobile, blockchain and API enable current business and IT imperatives as well as how they will impact their future
- Participate in the design the overall target enterprise architecture including business capabilities, business processes, and business components
- Analyze and compare technology solutions and make recommendations on which solutions are best suited to implement the target enterprise architecture
- Support our clients in their transformation journeys by providing architectural advisory, support to project team.
- Market Insights: Conduct in-depth market research on skincare trends, competitor activities and consumer needs to inform our communication strategies.
- Website Content: Lead the website process for key global NIVEA face care campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and engaging content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive key topics with our Legal and R&D departments, ensuring all communications are accurate, compliant and scientifically sound.
- Team Support: Provide support to team members on various face care communication topics, from content creation to social media engagement.
The Vehicle Performance Engineering division (VPE) is part of the R&D group at Toyota Motor Europe Technical Centre in Zaventem, Belgium. Our division is in charge of:
- Identifying market requirements and trends, and turning them into development targets for vehicles, their subsystems, and down to components
- Development of passenger vehicles for the European market
- Researching state of the art and beyond state-of-the-art technologies for implementation in future vehicles.
Inside VPE, the Reliability & Strength team fulfils this role for the Durability, Strength & Operational performance of:
- Vehicle body panels & structures: Engine hood, side doors, luggage door, underbody
- Body functional parts developed in cooperation with our suppliers.
Your project
The durability & strength performance of car components is one of the basic expectations from our customers. In our search for improving efficiency and reducing the mass of those components, we will conduct the following activity for upper body & closures shell panels development:
Automated prediction process creation and performance robustness confirmation:
- Script development to automate the variation of design parameters to identify the best combination performance-cost-mass
- Development of an automated process for the above
- Make first Proof of Concept to use the obtained results as learning data for a Machine Learning model for durability & strength.
- Contribute to projects that promote harmonisation, integration and innovation in European financial markets, and assess the efficiency, interconnectedness and systemic risk of financial market infrastructures;
- ensure that payment systems, instruments, schemes and arrangements, as well as securities settlement systems, comply with regulatory standards;
- assist with regulatory initiatives in payments and securities;
- support the overall Eurosystem cyber resilience strategy for financial market infrastructures as well as initiatives and tools under the Euro Cyber Resilience Board for pan-European Financial Infrastructures;
- organise internal and external events related to market infrastructures and payments;
- contribute to briefings, memos, papers and reports on analytical projects and policy topics;
- prepare presentations for relevant European working groups and committees, ECB decision-making bodies and market stakeholders;
- support the collection, management and sharing of information, exploring new approaches and proposing creative ways to address technical questions.
We are recruiting several trainees who will be working in different teams. By increasing alignment of purchased products with activity-based emissions factors (e.g., leveraging the ecoinvent database), you will play a key role in our continuous improvement efforts to refine the company’s carbon footprint. Leveraging increasingly accurate and relevant emissions factors is a fundamental part of our GHG data journey, as Roche works to meet and exceed its Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) commitments.
As a Sustainable Product Analyst Intern, you will perform and delve into extensive research to align Roche’s purchased products with the most relevant activity-based emissions factors, leveraging databases such as ecoinvent. This task involves a deep dive into lifecycle assessments and carbon footprint data, using bill of materials, material quantities, and product specifications to find the best correlations within the Ecoinvent database to support Roche’s sustainability goals. You will contribute to developing streamlined, technology-based solutions for managing this data, working with our pilot tech partner, ensuring data is accurate, easily accessible, and able to be modelled and reported.

Fund Reporting is an advisory team, with its in-depth experience of all aspects of the investment fund industry, is known for providing an array of high-quality reporting services and supporting our clients all along the compilation and in the audit process of the funds financial statements.
What you will do:
- Analyse accounting, financial and legal information for investment funds
- Produce financial statements in compliance with local or international accounting principles
- Review the consistency of the figures disclosed in a financial and accounting framework
- Ensure that reports comply with pre-specified accounting and legal requirements.
- Design of aerospace mechanical parts and assemblies using CAD-tools
- Equipment integration studies in the Digital Mock-Up and with prototypes on the aircraft
