- Conduct the 2nd level of control on Global Markets P&L and P&L Explain production by carrying ad-hoc investigations or complementary controls with the objective to suggest and drive improvements of LOD1 process, controls and data
- Develop the capacity to perform an independent P&L analysis of the Global Markets trading revenues with Finance for Management and Regulators
- Coordinating the actions of departments involved in valuation (Front Office, Risk-GM, V&RC, MO and other Finance teams), inclusive of the setting of responsibility schemes
- Responsibility to manage the Governance on Valuation through Monthly and Quarterly committees that aim to validate the level of Fair Value Reserves, IPV, Day One Profit deferral, XVAs, Prudent Valuation
- Responsible of the methodologies for Day One Profit deferral and Observability (IFRS 13 Levelling)
- Guaranteeing the comprehensiveness and quality of controls concerning valuation
- Participating in the methodology discussions linked to Fair Value and Prudent value
- Resolution facilitation or escalation of valuation disagreements and control deficiencies
- Reporting findings to Business heads, and to a senior valuation governance forum involving CIB management, Risk and Group Finance
Procurement of services
- Inspection
- Run a diagnosis of the inspection companies with which we don't have contracts (Framework Agreement) or price agreements (Request For Proposals - RFPs) in place yet, and depending on priorities defined in coordination with the GM OTS (relative to global inspection costs), engage the process to have Framework Agreements signed.
- Use our in-house procurement tool called TROPIC to run RFPs and/or Tenders for selected inspection companies.
- While launching RFPs, onboard desk managers to manage RFPs for their own activities and run a feasibility study on how to make the TROPIC tool autonomous with minimum admin maintenance. Depending on the results of the study, develop a guideline to have users (desk managers and trading operators) fully autonomous in running RFPs on TROPIC, comparing service prices, etc.
- Superintendents & Customs Agents (Subject to TROPIC's current developments)
- Assist the Loss Control and Customs specialist to structure the service price for superintendents and customs agents under TROPIC, and run RFPs to collect rates from these service providers.
Digital & AI for Experts
The OTS Team puts its expertise at the service of trading operators and traders, which is key to T&S activities. With today's digital revolution, continuous changes and in-house turnover, the question is how to leverage AI and digital tools to help our team of experts to develop, maintain and perpetuate its deep knowledge and know-how in order to and better serve its clients.
This project can be split in two topics:
- Availability of information to end users:
- In collaboration with the Knowledge Management project team, map the existing knowledge of the team OTS (information repositories, type and structure of information, etc)
- With the available digital tools, propose a solution to structure the existing information, to incorporate new information not already digitalised, and to migrate these informations to the final repository as defined by IDS.
- Suggest an architecture or catalog to make the relevant knowledge easily available to the team of experts itself and to the end users.
- Augmented experts (leverage technology to enhance capabilities of Experts in their daily routines):
- Map the expertise or activities of the OTS team that could be augmented by AI
- Feasibility study: explore the potential of selected expertise and target a priority list with best potential with AI.
- Draft project plans on targeted fields with scope, deliverables, resources required.
- Run POC (Proof Of Concept) when relevant, in coordination with GM OTS.
- Assisting the Chief of Staff on the scope of NIM-OS Europe Governance and more precisely the proper conduct, documentation, and monitoring of the actions of the different bodies, management of the reporting of KPIs by the Management Committee of NIM-OS;
- Participate in actions on AI (management of the Microsoft Co-Pilot pilot, participation in communication actions at the level of Natixis and BPCE, and communication of statistics on the use of AI tools) ;
- Participate in other backlog tasks (contribution to ad-hoc strategic studies, preparation of committee materials for the Management, participation in key committees and drafting of summary notes, contribution to the organization of Town Hall or other internal communication actions).

Au sein de cette équipe, vous serez amené, sous la supervision de votre tuteur et/ou votre manager, et sur un périmètre géographique englobant l'Afrique de l'Ouest, l'Europe, l'Amérique du Nord et l'Asie à :
- Réaliser une veille quotidienne et suivre l’évolution du risque politico-sécuritaire sur les zones d’implantation et d’intérêt du groupe
- Rédiger des articles d’analyse sécuritaire en lien avec l’actualité géopolitique et les zones d’implantation
- Rédiger des points de situation sécuritaires sur un pays ou une ville spécifique sur demande
- Participer à la mise à jour des consignes sécurité par pays
- Être au contact et en support des équipes commerciale siège et terrain pour accompagner le développement des clients pharmaciens : suivi, animation de la base client & animation ;
- Être relais de l'animation des contrats de partenariat avec nos clients variés (grossistes, plateformes, groupements) : suivi et bilan des partenariats, encodage, contact client ;
- Analyse des performances clients et comparatifs ;
- Assurer l'exécution des actions Trade marketing en relais de l'équipe Catégorie manager.
