Our Forensic & Financial Crime department provides assistance and tailored solutions and digital capabilities to help our clients comply with their Anti-Money Laundering, Counter Terrorism Financing and Fraud detection obligations. We also assist our clients in making their underlying detection framework more efficient. Amongst other, our team specializes in the prevention/investigation of fraud and money-laundering cases, client forensic technology and business intelligence implementation and client advising. Our range of services also includes investigation of fraud, corruption and complex accounting irregularities, asset recovery, and more. Thanks to our Regional Centre of Excellence for AML & KYC related services, we benefit from an international exposure.
Your next challenge
- Providing your help with the development or improvement of AML/CTF compliance programs.
- Participate to large KYC remediation programs for a vast and diversified panel of financial sector actors, including large international banks, asset managers and servicers, specialised funds, insurance companies, and more.
- Working with KYC/AML investigations and due diligence.
- Assist our clients with AML/CTF/Fraud Detection tool selection and implementation (including calibration, fine-tuning, testing, etc.).
- Contribute to design, develop and operate Deloitte’s own AML/CTF services.
- Developing your knowledge in OSINT (Open Source INTelligence) assignments research using public records on natural or legal persons.
- Gathering and analysing data in relation to patterns on misconduct or fraud, using Deloitte’s data management capabilities.
- Understanding the mechanics of various analyses to support detection and prevention initiatives targeting various financial crimes typologies.
- Increasing your knowledge in fraud investigation and fraud risk management.
- Supporting the T-Hub EU team with day-to-day activities such as updating the systems to make sure the suppliers and Kraft Heinz can collaborate effectively.
- Updating reports related to costs related to all international Freight-to-Warehouse (FTW) shipments within Western European region, Poland and Czech Republic.
- Cooperating with many different stakeholders within Kraft Heinz, such as marketing, logistics, demand & supply planners, finance and many more in exciting projects and initiatives.
- Analyzing data sets in Excel to make sure all shipments from Kraft Heinz factories are met by the current contractual agreements with suppliers.
- Participate in projects initiated by the T-Hub EU department that will force you to be creative and come up with solutions to problems the business is facing. New initiatives on projects are always welcomed as well. Many more activities that give you valuable work experience and real responsibility during your 6-month internship.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing our annual inspirational hair collection consisting in a professional photo shoot with international teams and talents, roll-out events and trainings
- Steer projects whilst being in close contact with internal departments (marketing, digital and education teams), regional & global Schwarzkopf Professional teams around the world, creative agencies as well as top hairdressers and artists
- Develop content briefings for digital channels, including social media content and update Schwarzkopf Professional platforms with new content (website, e-shop, training academy)
- Conduct competitors’ analysis
- Support daily business activities such as supporting presentations, meetings and purchase orders
- Develop internal and external corporate image materials and support on visual corporate identity.
- Finding and sourcing contacts for outbound sales initiatives
- Bypassing gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers
- Calling unreachable prospects to re-engage and qualify potential leads
- Providing daily operational support to the Business Development team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

- Support the Transfer Pricing and Corporate Tax teams with any other projects on an ad-hoc basis
- Provide transfer pricing support on important business projects (e.g. mPOWER).
- Investigating advanced theoretical methods to calculate properties of hot plasmas
- Benchmarking your findings against experimental and computational data in collaboration with research colleagues
- Implementing your results into internal software tools to support ongoing development

As a Production Efficiency Improvement Trainee, you will join the process engineer team in Vernier and you will improve the flow of fragrances production in one of Givaudan's biggest site. Reporting to our Process Engineer, you will:
- Manage data analysis by Excel or SAP
- Improve automation rate (analysis and monitoring the flow of raw materials…)
- Contribute to specific projects (BI report…)
- Work with different partners locally and globally
- Lead rapid improvement events on the shop floor with the teams for improving production efficiency
- Apply lean–6 sigma concepts on the shop floor.
- Analysis and preparation of worldwide sales figures
- Support the team along the complex collection development process
- You will provide support for the extensive Product Data Systems and gain insight into the positioning of our products worldwide

Le stagiaire aura à assister les gérants de l’équipe corporate sur les responsabilités suivantes:
- Préparation des réponses aux investisseurs potentiels sur le fonds Hephaïstos :
- Récupérer et mettre en forme les informations requises (Word, ppt, Excel),
- vérification / mise à jour de la cohérence des réponses d’un Q&A à un autre,
- gestion de l’archivage de toutes les questions et documents communiqués aux différents investisseurs.
- Participation / assistance à l’analyse des transactions sur les fonds existants (FIS et ABL3) et sur Hephaïstos, sous la supervision des gérants:
- préparation des early bird memos (revue synthétique des opportunités, mise à jour de la répartition portefeuille, check de compliance, présentation de la société et de ses activités),
- préparation des mémos d’investissement pour soumission au comité (sur la base de l’early bird mémo, participation à l’analyse financière et à d’autres aspects d’analyse du dossier d’investissement).
