As an Environmental Sustainability Intern in our Vernier site, you will focus around the Carbon Footprint of the Raw Materials (NAT & SYN) we purchase at Givaudan. We are improving the systems to manage our EF (Emission Factors) Database and the data granularity and quality of our model, and we are looking for a new member to join our team.

 

Your responsibilities in this role will be:

  • Leading a phase of the digitalisation of Raw Material EF Database
  • Creating LCA models in collaboration with our internal experts (Agronomy team, Chemists,...) to improve data quality of our EF Database
  • Helping prepare Scope 3.1 reporting 2025 cycle
  • Supporting in completing metadata fields associated with the EF database (data collection, analysis, upload).

The Intern will work under the direct guidance of Chief DMU and will be responsible for the following duties: 

  • Data Collection & Processing: Assist with collecting, processing, and evaluating geospatial data (vector and raster) while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Database Management: Assist with the Designing, developing, and maintaining geospatial databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Geospatial Data Services: Assist with producing and maintaining geospatial services, including geocoding and routing, optimizing address matching and navigation.
  • Quality Control & Assurance (QC/QA): Assist with Overseeing rigorous validation of all geospatial data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
  • Data Integration & Security: Assist with the link of gazetteer entries to spatial data sources and metadata while enforcing data security and sharing policies.
  • Data Archiving & Governance: Maintain and archive data catalogs, ensuring structured data management and long-term accessibility.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Au sein du pôle algorithmie et simulation, vous contribuerez au développement d'un simulateur à covariance implémenté sous Matlab, et participerez à son évolution pour l'hybridation avec les constellations GNSS GPS et GALILEO.

Après une période de formation sur les techniques de navigations inertielles, vous devrez:

  • Prendre en main le simulateur en covariance existant
  • Mettre à jour le simulateur
  • Faire une validation croisée avec un simulateur en Monte Carlo
  • Faire évoluer le simulateur pour le rendre compatible à d'autres constellations GNSS
  • Implémenter les modèles d'erreurs GNSS
  • Rédiger une note de synthèse

 

As part of the Quality Control lab, you will be supporting the quality control activities as member of the QC Support team, which is mainly responsible for the Compliance activities, the Samples Management and various activities allowing the proper functioning of the lab.
Your internship will consist of working closely with the QC Support team and more specifically with an expert of the team that you will support in his/her improvement and compliance activities.

  • Improving GMP Documentation
  • Writing periodic review reports
  • Participating in risk analysis process for QC Support activities

Suivi des Réclamations Clients et Recommandations :

  • Suivre les réclamations clients relatives au programme de fidélité.
  • Analyser les motifs de réclamation et identifier les points de friction dans le parcours client.
  • Effectuer des recommandations de plan d’action concrets pour réduire la volumétrie de contacts clients et améliorer la satisfaction.

Optimisation des Parcours Clients Fidélité :

  • Cartographier et analyser les parcours clients existants.
  • Identifier les opportunités d'optimisation des parcours clients pour une expérience plus fluide et agréable.
  • Proposer des solutions innovantes pour améliorer l'expérience client.

Accompagnement des Nouveaux Projets Fonctionnels :

  • Participer activement à l'accompagnement des nouveaux projets fonctionnels du Programme de Fidélité.
  • Contribuer à la définition des besoins et des spécifications.
  • Assurer la cohérence des nouveaux projets avec les objectifs d'expérience client.
  • Enrichissement du Programme de Fidélité :
  • Participer à l'enrichissement de notre Programme de Fidélité « Le Club Carrefour ».
  • Être force de proposition pour de nouvelles fonctionnalités, avantages et services.

Garant de la Charte et des Wordings :

  • Être le garant de la charte et des wordings du Club Carrefour.

IBM CIC Baltic is a Client Innovation Center located in Vilnius with 300+ professionals working on client-facing or internal projects to deliver state-of-the-art software which solves all kinds of business problems in various industries. You would be joining Hybrid Cloud Transformation department which focuses on advising, building, moving, and managing multi cloud environments running on IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS or GCP. In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

  • You will work on developing, implementing, and testing software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers. This include swriting code, debugging, and resolving software defects.
  • You will collaborate with other team members, including software engineers, project managers, and quality assurance (QA)professionals. This may involve participating in meetings, providing up date son your progress, and working together to solve problems.
  • Continuous learning. As an intern, you are expected to be open to learning new concepts, techniques, and best practices in software engineering. This includes staying up to date with industry trends and participating in training programs or workshops.
  • During your internship you will extend battery models for aging analysis.
  • You will simulate various charging scenarios (V2H, V2G, uncontrolled charging, fast charging) and optimize charging strategies considering market and climate conditions.
  • Moreover, you will analyze and evaluate data.
  • Finally, you will create scientific documentation and presentations.

 

The scope of the project is a systematic literature review of the epidemiology estimates (i.e., incidence and prevalence) for a given cardiovascular/cerebrovascular condition(s). The intern will lead this effort in a classical literature review step-by-step approach: will design the search strategy, perform screening and extraction, assess the quality of the included studies, and prepare the final report.

The intern will work with other epidemiologists within the department and will be involved in the discussions to help contextualize and interpret the findings. The intern will also have an opportunity to participate in other department events (e.g., educational webinars, team meetings, networking, etc.).

 

On the administrative side, the main responsibilities are:

  • Incoming calls from customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Preparation and monitoring of leasing requests: generating, sending, receiving, and verifying contractual documents with both customers and suppliers (insurance, contracts, legal documents, etc.). Ensuring the completeness of the leasing requests and their regularization.
  • Liaising with the bank's sales network and customers regarding the progress of the leasing request or any issues arising during the contract period.
  • Assisting sales representatives in implementing their contracts (entry, collection of financial information and KYC when preparing loan applications, etc.) while complying with established procedures and controls.
  • Assist the Accounting department in encoding payments, monitoring rents, calculating redemption values, etc.

On the sales side, the main tasks are:

  • Developing and monitoring leasing offers and submitting statistics to management
  • Supporting the bank's relationship managers in marketing leasing products and monitoring leasing applications.
  • Competitor tracking & -analysis
  • Monitoring of trends in the Face Care market
  • Supporting the brand management team in managing innovative product launch & relaunch projects
