As a student intern you actively participate in one of the pharmaceutical development groups focusing on formulation and process development. The laboratory projects tend to relate to

  • Exploring new parenteral formulation approaches to stabilize proteins oligonucleotides, peptides, viral vectors, and small molecule drugs
  • Material science (characterization of primary packaging coming in contact with biologics)
  • Process development of drug product (e.g. experimental optimization, or analysis, in-silico prediction and optimization of DP manufacturing filling parameters)
  • Drug delivery systems (e.g. depot formulations, inhalation, ocular drug delivery)
  • Analytical method development of non-GMP methods for characterization of formulations (e.g. protein / viral particle aggregation, interfacial science, particle characterization methods)
  • In vitro cell-based assay (bioassay) exploration for gene therapy applications
  • Opportunity to engage in departmental activities related to innovative formulations, processes, and technologies.
  • Consolidate regional monthly reports to be shared with brand holder based in Tokyo and internally will all stakeholders
  • Highlight the ultra-premium beauty EMEA market insights, including trade, press & influence best practices
  • Assist with internal brand events preparation (global, regional, press day, brand week)
  • Liaise with local affiliates in their daily operational requests.

Trade Marketing

  • Provide regular comprehensive gross/retail sales performance analysis, alongside with bespoke analytical studies to support the EMEA business (beauty category deep dive based on panels)
  • Contribute to the 360° activation plan, develop relevant collaterals for the region (both digital & print), adapt global assets to support the launches in a B&M and e-retail environment
  • Coordinate with the creative team the roll out of global visual guidelines reflecting EMEA trade marketing priorities
  • Follow up on novelty innovation plan and ensure best-in-class trade execution in the affiliates for P1 launches.

Pr & Influence

  • Liaise with the markets to consolidate and deliver a synthetic analysis of print and digital press results across the EMEA region
  • Assist in the creation of communication tools (press release, campaign guidelines, etc.) and follow-up with the agencies/freelancers
  • Participate in establishing influence campaigns and ensure the roll out
  • Prepare and ensure the sending of shopping bags for press and influence.

 

 

Provide support with recruitment processes by:

  • Organizing and supporting online and face-to-face interviews and briefings.
  • Keeping recruitment-related filing and documentation up to date.
  • Monitor and follow up with the open positions and update the internal recruitment data sheet.
  • Posting jobs and managing processes in the e-recruitment system.
  • Providing support to the pre-screening and longlisting of the incoming applications in line with the pre-agreed requirements.
  • Preparing selection reports and performing all the related logistics.
  • Participate in the offer-sending and contracting process.
  • Collecting documents from the selected candidates in line with the detailed requirements.
  • Providing recruitment-related document and data management ensuring accessibility and collaboration across the Team.
  • Communicating and collaborating with the stakeholders under the guidance of the Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition (managers, candidates, service provider companies, interview panel members).

 

The Members & Networks Intern will directly collaborate with the Director of Members & Networks, as well as the Communications and Media Relations Manager, and tasks will be focused on:

Supporting communications

  • content generation for website and social media platforms,
  • writing/editing articles featuring stories from our members and networks,
  • update of webpages and preparation of dedicated newsletters

Supporting the good planning and execution of activities

  • Webinars, workshops and in-person events dedicated to our members and networks; coordination of logistics, registrations and problem-solving of practical issues that arise
  • Support with updating of the CFE Certification online Tool

Contributing to efficient and effective administration and recordkeeping 

  • general; maintain databases and mailing lists up to date, organisation of meetings; agenda and logistics, taking minutes, preparing presentations, formatting of documents

Conducting desktop research as required for content generation, lead generation, preparation of briefings and supporting documentation.

  • Support the team in campaign set-up in the pan-European DMT (Dealer Marketing Tool)

Participate as an active member in the execution of planning multi-tiered, global events to help grow brand awareness and consideration within targeted audiences as a services-led technology company.  These audiences can include:

  • Customers (Enterprise, Channel, Consumer) Media & analysts Influencers and fans Lenovo employees and executives
  • Represent Lenovo’s interest with external audiences during negotiations for strategic partnerships and throughout the planning/activation process.
  • Work closely with Lenovo’s regional and global marketing peers to ensure the proper execution of tactics related to sponsorships and events.
