- Support of the Marketing Department in marketing our Film releases
- Participation in the development of film- & target-oriented, creative Media-, Communication- & Digital-Strategies

- Partnering with the project’s Monetization Team to develop monetization strategies aligned with player expectations and the creative and game directions
- Helping to plan and oversee the content, promotions, and offers of the primary and secondary stores with the Monetization Team
- Performing ad hoc analysis to improve recommendations to projects
- Supporting teams in developing analysis tools and frameworks to enhance internal expertise.
- Collaborating with interdependent teams (like UI, UX, programming, etc.) to implement your monetization systems and features
- Following up on monetization features and adapt them based on player feedback, reporting results, etc.
- Staying up to date on trends and techniques regarding Monetization.
- Investigate, develop, and apply machine learning innovations to a well-defined use case.
- Perform feasibility studies and analyze data to determine the most appropriate solution.
- Work on many different data challenges, always ensuring a combination of simplicity, scalability, reproducibility and maintainability within the ML solutions and source code.
- Be able to communicate results to tech and non-tech audiences.
- Experience working with large real-world datasets and scalable ML solutions.
- Get experience in ecommerce, retail and/or Consumer Insight business.
- Learn agile methodologies development (SCRUM or Scale Agile).
- To work as a member of a team, encouraging team building, motivation and cultivating effective team relations.
- Vous participez activement à l’ensemble des projets (en cours et à venir) concernant la relation clients à distance des enseignes du Groupe SGDBF, en apportant un soutien opérationnel et stratégique.
- Vous co-construisez et rédiger des procédures et guides d’utilisation pour les outils de relation clients à distance, en collaboration étroite avec les différentes parties prenantes.
- Vous co-animez les comités de pilotage dédiés aux outils de relation clients à distance, en contribuant à la coordination des enseignes et à la mise en oeuvre des décisions prises.
- Vous établissez des statistiques téléphoniques mensuelles des agences et des centres de contacts, en analysant les données disponibles et en fournissant des rapports pertinents pour évaluer la performance de la relation clients à distance.
- Vous participez activement à l’intégralité du processus de mise en place d’une solution de relations clients à distance (téléphonie, SMS, CRM…), en assistant à la planification, à la mise en oeuvre et au suivi du déploiement.
- Selon votre investissement sur le poste, vous serez amené(e) à participer à d’autres missions liées au service Marketing, ce qui pourrait inclure des activités telles que la collecte et l'analyse des données de marché, la veille concurrentielle, ou la contribution à la création de supports marketing.
- Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de participer activement à la gestion et à l'optimisation de la relation clients à distance au sein d'un grand groupe comme SGDBF, tout en acquérant une expérience pratique et stratégique dans le domaine de la gestion de projet transverse et de la relation clients à distance.
The intern will be assigned to the following projects. Main task for the Intern would be to interview the Project Owners of each project and create professional document describing all aspects of the projects, starting from, but not limited to its inception until the troubleshooting guide. The specific tasks are outlined in detail in the job description. The tasks associated with all projects will be consistent.

Tasks:
- Consolidating and transferring all project and service documentation from various repositories into a single document management system, such as WikiJS or DevOps Wiki Document.
- Helping migration to OPCW's new ITSM tool. Transferring data from the old tool and setting up the new one.
- Assisting End User Services team in unboxing, labelling, imaging and deploying laptops.
- Interview service owners to fill gaps in documentation related to various projects.
