• Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across our MRO and Equipment businesses, taking an active role in driving project management activities
• Document best practices systematically to facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer across current and future initiatives
• Support the project management team with the organization, preparation and execution of customer meetings and events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently
• Assist in the execution of our global activation plan, including the creation of training materials and onboarding of regional teams
• Take on various responsibilities in an agile, startup-like environment, embracing challenges and opportunities to grow and learn.

Under the general guidance of the Executive Director, and under the direct supervision of a consultant, the Intern will support the daily work of the team, including, but not limited to:

• Background research, mapping, analysis and preparation of substantive briefs and presentations;
• Monitor and analyse EU funding calls and programming documents;
• Monitor and report on EU and EU Member States policy developments on clients’ issues of interest;
• Attend on-line events and prepare summary briefings for clients;
• Draft communications to clients to keep them abreast of European Union news and activities;
• Support the organization of missions, meetings and events for clients, including logistics and preparation of background material;
• Contribute to the preparation of training seminar for client teams, including background research, preparation of activities and exercises, and other support functions;
• Provide support to clients’ advocacy, communication and fundraising strategies and activities;
• Update and maintain LEADEUR’s tailor-made contact and engagement data base and coordinate with colleagues to track engagement actions, results and follow-ups.

• Help to review the team’s processes, identify opportunities for improvements, and drive their implementation
• Support the team in coordinating smaller project activities across IT departments
• Drive the adoption of a scrum-based delivery process within the team and eventually become a  Scrum Master
• Learn more about the Microsoft 365 applications and support their administration
• Assist in creating high-quality documentation, guides, manuals, and tutorials
• Collaborate with other interns and team members to share ideas, feedback, and insights.

• Investigations around the refueling process and fuel distribution
• Collect ideas and create a concept study to optimize the current technology
• Ideally, usage of bionical design principles to optimize refueling process of aircraft
• Developing innovative fuel component in AM design by using of CATIA V5 
• Weight and cost analysis
• Interaction with other departments (System Definition, Material & Process).
