The scope and purpose of the project are to identify the necessary resources and analyze the supplier base to ensure sustainable practices, with the aim of having key suppliers implement certified biodiversity and water stewardship projects by 2030, this role plays a critical part in driving tangible improvements and fostering a more sustainable supply chain.

 

As a Sustainability Analyst Intern, you will:

  • Collaborate with teams to gather and analyze supplier data.
  • Conduct assessments to ensure suppliers meet sustainability criteria.
  • Develop strategies to engage suppliers in sustainability initiatives.
  • Create and share best practices and training materials for suppliers.
  • Contribute to reports on project progress.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sustainable supply chain management and contribute to Roche's broader sustainability goals.

 

The following sub-teams of the Banking Team are looking for their next interns: 

The Implementation Support Team

The intern will assist in project management for ongoing PRB implementation-related projects and working groups, the development of thematic guidance through working groups and collective engagement formats and research on sustainable banking topics relevant to ongoing projects. This would involve supporting various topics such as Nature & Biodiversity, Climate & Net-Zero transition, Climate Adaptation, and Financial Inclusion. 

Governance and Membership Team

The intern will support the organization and preparation of support activities both logistically and in terms of content, support with communication and engagement with our banking members as well as various external stakeholders. 

The Review Team

The intern will support the individual review processes and data management projects. 

 

Depending on skills, background and preferences, cross-cutting missions can include:

  • Support the project management of the UNEP FI’s Principles for Responsible Banking
  • Participate in meetings and calls with member banks as well as experts and external stakeholders
  • Work on topics of own interest
  • Carry out research on Sustainable Finance
  • If level of experience allows, set up and manage your own initiatives with the banking members as the internship progresses.
  • Over the course of the internship, the intern will gradually be given increasing opportunity to manage tasks and small projects independently.

 

The focus are topics related to our leadership strategy, culture and framework, leadership development programs and development tools as well as leading our global engagement survey and initiatives.

 

Main responsibility:

  • Support global leadership development and cultural evolvement initiatives (global roll out of new leadership standards and re-imagined core value framework), including needs / trends analysis, market benchmarking, solution proposals, presentations
  • Execution of smaller PR/communication projects
  • Support global engagement survey project management, e.g. global project steering, presentations, analysis and action planning
  • Conduct independent research on leadership development topics
  • Provide Support in day-to-day team operations.

  • Encadrement de quelques services résidents avec AppArmor (Serveur de requête TLS/PKCS#11, serveur de logs, fonctions d’administration…) ;
  • Prise en main de l’environnement d’intégration et de validation pour réaliser les tests de non-régressions ;
  • Audit, test d’intrusion de la solution ;
  • Documentation technique des développements réalisés ;
  • Rédaction d’un guide de bonne pratique avec AppArmor ;
  • Partage de compétence.

 

Toyota Motor Europe R&D Centre is responsible for:

  • Developing vehicles and making concept proposal for EU core models
  • Reflecting EU technology to Toyota Vehicles timely by utilizing location advantage and strong network with EU partners.

Body Engineering 2 is a major division responsible for Planning & Design of Body parts for European Vehicles from concept phase to serial production. Exterior lighting development group is responsible for complete development of front lamps and rear lamps. 

  

Your project

 

To develop a tool and a methodology which can predict condensation in automotive lamps.

  • Identify which are the main factors causing condensation
  • Identify how to simulate these factors the best way
  • Prepare numerical CFD model (using Star CCM+). If needed, modify the code
  • Coordinate with supplier to run experiments with actual prototypes and proceed with correlation of the model
  • Apply the findings on projects which are in development.
