  • Contribute to the design of test system and/or software that can perform reliability and electrical measurements on Silicon and Silicon Carbide semiconductors according to given specifications
  • Implement the test system/software using appropriate hardware and software components
  • Ensure the system can measure required values with sufficient accuracy during the test
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the test system/software as they arise
  • Document the design, implementation, and testing of the system/software in a clear and concise manner, including diagrams, code comments, and test results
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the test system/software meets project requirements
  • Present the results of the test system and software to the team and demonstrate its functionality.
