- Support promising access & equity acceleration projects in businesses, especially within global health and social business topics.
- Maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and data to support performance analysis and reporting.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing insights that inform performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Automate repetitive tasks and improve existing processes through advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.

- Capture minutes of the meetings, create action trackers and follow up on progress updates.
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders in the Businesses, Regions, Functions, and Partners, and ensure maximum coordination of resources and effort.
- Support the Global Recruitment team in strategic digitalization projects and initiatives
- Actively participate in day-to-day management for our recruitment tools and platforms

- Assisting our clients in determining their strategy, solving complex issues, designing and implementing their projects, together with other Deloitte professionals in Luxembourg and abroad

- Contribute to the design of test system and/or software that can perform reliability and electrical measurements on Silicon and Silicon Carbide semiconductors according to given specifications
- Implement the test system/software using appropriate hardware and software components
- Ensure the system can measure required values with sufficient accuracy during the test
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with the test system/software as they arise
- Document the design, implementation, and testing of the system/software in a clear and concise manner, including diagrams, code comments, and test results
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the test system/software meets project requirements
- Present the results of the test system and software to the team and demonstrate its functionality.
