The intern will gain hands on experience carrying out functions to work in one of the various portfolio areas hosted at the Office of Innovations. The applicant is to identify preference for first priority and second priority areas most interested to work with from the following thematic and portfolio areas:
- Humanitarian Innovation
- Climate, Energy and Infrastructure portfolio
- Health Portfolio
- Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning / Knowledge Management team
- Governance Portfolio
- Upshift
- Design function.
Marketing activities
- Support the design & implementation of product launches
- Partner with marketing teams to coordinate the different trainings (digital & face to face)
- Training programs for Healthcare Professionals
- Internal training programs for the Peripheral Interventions team
- Support the development and execution of strategic actions and their follow up on demand
- Follow-up with the team members to ensure all the internal documentation is ready on time before the events
- Support the Marketing team and the Field Clinical Specialists to lead a system to assess the internal knowledge of the team and establish a personalized development plan to reach the required level per function
Business Intelligence & analysis reports
- Generation of reports on demand (related to center-specific sales, market, technical characteristics of a procedure, etc.)
- Mapping competition information of interest to be shared with the Sales Force & define new strategies
Clinical activities
- Support in the Cath lab to Health Care Professionals (HCP),including timely assistance in the operating room as part of your training, always accompanied by a Field Clinical Specialist/Sales Representative in PI
Back Office activities
- Management of shipments to the PI team or hospitals/clients
- Support in the tender’s management
- Support to the Sales teams, marketing team or business development
- Booking of incoming invoices and travel expenses
- Reconciliation of credit card transactions
- Participation in optimization processes
- Monitoring of open items
- Communication with other departments and suppliers
You will be based in Wroclaw (Poland), a Supply Chain Center where we are responsible for Material and production planning, Aftermarket, supply chain market, launch process, and digitalization and optimization Supply Chain. In detail, you will:
- Controlling the process and flow of components,
- Analysis of material planning processes,
- Improvement of component ordering processes and delivery to factories,
- Opportunity to learn about projects related to material planning optimization.
- handling monthly payroll-related tasks such as bookkeeping, reconciliations, bank payments and employee on- and offboarding
- becoming a superuser of our HR system and being responsible for registering employee changes and producing various reports
- monitoring and responding to employee enquiries in a shared payroll mailbox
- assisting with administrative tasks related to payroll processes
- contributing to the optimisation of processes and the implementation of new tools and systems
