As a Sales Operations Controlling Specialist Intern, you will support the Sales and S&OP teams in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and compliance within the sales, logistics, and finance functions. This role provides a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in sales operations, financial control, and process optimization within an international automotive environment.

 

Activities:

  • Sales Flow & Process Review: Support the evaluation of current sales processes, collaborating with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
  • Dealer Order Configuration & Mix Control: Assist in monitoring dealer orders during the monthly order call, ensuring alignment with HQ guidelines for product profitability and manufacturing feasibility.
  • Retail Delivery & Dealer Documentation Verification: Regularly check the legibility and accuracy of Retail Delivery Proof and Dealer CMR uploads, ensuring proper documentation compliance.
  • Sales Data Integrity & System Consistency: Identify and resolve inconsistencies in LCMS sales data, ensuring alignment with Finance and Global Reporting requirements.

 

In this role, you will be supporting the organization’s efforts to adapt NVIDIA’s autonomous driving software stack to various variants and drive the function behavior to maturity. It involves tuning and adapting self-driving software in the target vehicles and on the customer sites / testing grounds.

 

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the adaptation, integration and testing of NVIDIA vehicle automation software in customer vehicle variants.
  • Installing, trouble-shooting and operating software.
  • Collect test data or tune parameters live in-car or on a bench.
  • Understand the quality standards and expected functionality of brand-new ADAS features.

DCAI SW Solutions and Ecosystem Enabling Group is looking for a DevOps Engineer Intern (AI Solutions) to work on our Web Applications which support business in the Artificial Intelligence area. As a DevOps Engineer Intern you will be responsible for development and maintenance of the full stack of an application, which will involve cloud engineering and solution building.

 

The candidate together with the team will:

  • analyze the customers' business data,
  • develop UI components,
  • visualize data in UI in various forms, provide summaries and predictions for users,
  • maintain backend components,
  • take care of the security of the application,

  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting (AuM, funds deployment, P&L, revenues, amongst other) on all strategies (Private Debt, Real Estate, capital markets, private equity),

In the area of Circular Economy (CE), we define and lead the global R&D CE strategy, linking materials to parts to vehicles. We propose future vehicle circularity targets, taking into account technologies, regulatory trends, and cost-efficiency. Additionally, we develop processes and tools to track progress and support the achievement of those targets throughout the product lifecycle.

 

Your project

  • Linking material trend maps to vehicle components: You will help connect data on available and future material trends with specific parts and vehicles. The goal is to support the creation of future vehicle Circular Economy scenarios, focusing on technology choices and recycled content potential.
  • Dismantlability analysis of a Toyota model: You will analyse and create a summary report based on a vehicle dismantlability study, aiming to evaluate competitiveness and identify potential improvements. This work will contribute to assessing compliance with the proposed EU End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) regulation, particularly regarding 19 specific part categories that the EU Commission requires to be easily dismantled prior to vehicle shredding.
  • Research, analyse, and summarize digital tools in Europe for material traceability. The objective is to provide an overview of current EU initiatives focused on regulatory compliance, improved information flow for material circulation, and the development of sustainable business models.
