The intern will support the PSEAH team (Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment) on project management, report writing. She/he will report to the Senior Coordinator on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse and Sexual Harassment. Tasks will include:

• Co-manage the PSEA helpdesk and respond to request for support from field offices
• Support in managing the PSEA Coordinator Community of Practice
• Update web-based platforms for information sharing, including internal SharePoint and public facing websites
• Provide inputs for various reports/updates
• Draft meeting notes and action points
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the IASC Vision and Strategy on PSEAH.
• Prepare talking points for OCHA leadership's meetings with various stakeholders.

Développement des collections

• Assister au quotidien l’équipe développement et participer à l’élaboration des collections
• Classement des croquis : photocopie de l’original, scan, mise au propre (via Photoshop) et rangement dans les classeurs
• Distribution des croquis et des photos d’essayage aux ateliers
• Elaboration et mise à jour du tableau de suivi des toiles
• Organisation des réceptions façonniers extérieurs (réservation des espaces, des portants)
• Relations avec le studio, la coordination et les ateliers
• Mise à jour des boards de collection en vue des attributions
• Mise à jour du plan de collection.

Suivi collection

• Demande de rapatriement de modèles aux différents services (presse, archives,etc) + suivi des entrées et des sorties
• Aide à la mise en place des show fittings
• Prendre et référencer les photos d’essayages et les classer sur le réseau
• Organisation de transferts entre les ateliers et le studio
• Aide à la mise en place des shootings de collection
• Participation au shooting des collections et au référencement des looks.

• Support Citizen Developers in adopting the Microsoft Power Platform and automating their business processes through self-service.
• You contribute to Beiersdorf’s Power Platform community by organizing and participating in hackathons, best practice workshops, governance initiatives, and staying updated on platform innovations.

• Support the deployment of Power BI solution.
