• Supporting the preparation and analysis of weekly sales performance reports by collecting and organizing data from various sources. 
  • Assisting in monitoring product pricing and promotional activities across key markets.

  • Contributing to the implementation of sales tools and platforms by onboarding users, consolidating data, and helping optimize systems for long-term use.

  • By covering this internship, you will coordinate and manage the artwork and packaging architecture globally while being responsible for the completion of Master Data (MADA) forms.
  • As a valuable member of the new geography roll out team, you will be required to support the countries and central teams in registering the product and analyzing the market performance looking for product & brand opportunities.
  • Last but not least, you will support in launching proximity flavour & formats, developing communication assets and liaising with external legal agencies for labelling and compliance checks.

 

The Group is undergoing a reorganization of its cross-functional activities, and the intern will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in its key missions. These responsibilities will span across various business units and functions, providing an excellent opportunity for hands-on experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) operations. The key tasks will include:

  • Organizing ESG Team and Committee Meetings: The role will involve organizing and facilitating the activities of transversal ESG teams and committees, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across the organization.
  • Refining Policies and Governance: The intern will assist in reviewing and refining the group’s ESG policies and governance frameworks to ensure they remain up-to-date and effective.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Supporting the team in preparing reports in line with major regulatory and voluntary frameworks such as the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), United Nations Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI), and climate reporting requirements.
  • Managing Transversal ESG Projects and Digitalization: The intern will be involved in transversal project management and support digitalization initiatives aimed at enhancing the group’s ESG capabilities.
  • Coordinating ESG Efforts Across Business Units: The intern will assist in coordinating the ESG functions across multiple business units, including Private Equity, Private Debt, Real Estate, and Capital Market Strategies. This will involve ensuring the effectiveness of processes and harmonizing ESG practices across the organization.
  • Supporting ESG Analysis: The intern will help business units with their ESG analyses, which includes tasks such as ESG scoring, due diligence, identifying and managing grey cases and controversies, as well as conducting benchmarking exercises.

This role will provide the intern with a comprehensive understanding of ESG processes within a dynamic and evolving corporate environment, as well as exposure to cross-functional collaboration and strategic project management.

  • Provide and analyze reports for the Product Management Department;
  • Support the team in defining the collections by providing various forms of analysis, from sales analysis to competitor, market trend and product analysis;
  • Contribute to all back office activities of the team;
  • Conceptual and creative support in various projects.
  • Assist in establishing detailed drug product process development infrastructure and services for parenteral drug products
  • Conduct process studies for liquid and freeze-dried drugs like monoclonal antibodies, peptides, and small molecules
  • Document data in accordance with applicable lab procedures and current documentation practices
  • Complete analytical tests to support process development, including testing content by UV, color, clarity, and opalescence, as well as pH, osmolality, visible particles, and subvisible particles.
